Around about volume 3/4 it started to change, they put the whole Ritsuka looking up at wisdom resurrection code earlier and the end of volume 4 (which is the end of the anime) went straight from after fighting female Zero and after that it was the end of volume 4 with Seimei looking behind a bush as alive as ever not saying any words or anything, so there was no dream, and there was no Seimei putting that incese or comign into Ritsuka's room. And in volume 5 it continues on from the anime. Also ep 11 wasent in the manga eithier really it was a extra part of the manga (and even then it was changed around quite a bit... just that Ritsuka, Yukio and Yayoi go to the funfair and they meet Soubi and Kio there.)

Because during the credits of the last episode, you hear Seimei talking, and it leaves the question of whether he's real or not open to interpretation. But if they make a second season, he'll definitely come back if they want to even try to stay true to the books.
