U've just entered the waters of the QueenS of Pirates.... so beware of the serious fangurling of our fave KAT-TUN!!

okay...this first post is basically edited so that the crew members of QsoP can check for updates regarding the current voyage (a.k.a KTN fancover project)

Note: All singing crews are required to memorize the lyrics and learn them by heart. Let's Hishi Hishi minna!!

Tentative route:

the recordings will start as soon as the results for the parts are out...as a rough gauge, here is a likely schedule:

till 8th June: Auditions. Final submission for ur demos muz be in by 12 midnight, sunday (GMT+9). We (me, laurita n hokuto) will be looking at ur RF recording for judgement. ur solo will come in handy only if we need to see if u can sing other notes (i'll explain this to laurita n hokuto later)

9th June - 12th June: the 3 of us will be discussing among ourselves who sing which part n how to advise u guys on how to sing. so please look out for our comments. of coz, the others will be free to comment as well...this will likely take sometime coz hokuto is on different timezone from me n laurita...so i think PMing back n forth is gonna take some time...

12th June: we'll release the results by then. the singing crew can start their recording immediately, so please look out for this thread on this date....

13th - 17th June: i'll be away on hol, so the co-captains will take over...meanwhile, the singing crew can start posting ur recordings. hokuto n laurita will advise u guys on how to improve. there myt be a need for a few recordings, so be prepared...

18th June: i'll be back by then, so final recordings for the 1st trial mix shud be in by then...then i'll start the trial mixing...

moz prob, we're gonna need at least 2 trials of mixing before finally getting the final product...i predict the whole process will take ard 2 weeks...of coz, the one at IZNK pdtn did it in a shorter period of tym, (was it juz over a week..? can't rem...) but i know u guys r kinda busy too...so i'll give our group a lil more time...XD

i just bought my 'arena komik'(mag that have manga+asian entertainment news) today.
and here's a news for u, who still didnt know.
kamenashi kazuya is going to cast in a manga-adapted drama called 'ichi-pondo no fukuin' = 'one pound gospel'. he will act as hatanaka kosaku a boxer. he was given a 12hrs training for his character.
man~i think ueda should be the one...

KAT-TUN is LOVE ^_________^

I absolutely love Kat-tun, they are wild and talented. Everyone -Jin Kame Ueda Maru Koki and Junno- is so kawaii. I am totally addicted to Jin and find Ueda so pretty and Koki adorably wild. I love the Kat-tun sound its a fusion of pop, rock, rap, beat boxing and everything else in between and boy can my boys dance! They are all baka ne.

They seem a little different since Jin's been back, even now I feel like he still doesn't feel at home when he's with them. Not the way he used to be.

One thing I like about them right now is that they've split up akame, well akame split on their own and now there are more interactions on camera with the other members.

I started feeling that now Maru is the group leader, even if they really never had an "official" leader. xD That's how it looks on Cartoon Kat-Tun (I love that show!(

I think like myself some people have lost faith in them, and so they wrote "Keep the faith". I might be totally off on that, but that's how i feel. XD

and that means u like stupid ppl?

@Kimchio: I think ur right....or maybe it's just over analyzing from the both of us Some people have fallen out of the KAT-TUn fandom to oter JE fandoms (such as NewS) haha I think ur right^^

I'll always KTF though♥ KAT-TUN will be forever my number one!♥

^okay...now i know what record sales you have been talking about in the main thread.....i'm so proud of them too!!! btw, i'm happier about the KTF record sales than the YnU coz KTF is really the better song....for YnU, its like people buy it for the sake of KAT-TUN...not the song...

Funny how KinKi Kids and KAT-TUN always seem to be linked...wonder if KAT-TUN made KinKi Kids their benchmark since Koichi handpicked them....wonder what Koichi think of them now...

haha...i decided that its time that i start showing my KAT-TUN appreciation again...i've deviated from them for too long....and actually, Jin is getting more involved...i'm just wishing that all the KAT-TUN fans who deviated from them will give this awesome group a second chance....maybe not many will like the new pairing arrangement (most are still moaning about missing Akame), but its a newer and fresher perspective ne? i see it as the rest of KAT-TUN are finally catching up with Akame and now they deserve the limelight too...


haha...i always have a lot to say when it comes to KAT-TUN...like hokuto-sama, i think i will always be a KAT-TUN fan too...first loves are hard to forget...hehe...

Aha...who doesnt fall in love with Kat-tun..they are sooo adorable and hyper...
seriously u can literally feel the aura of close friendship between the group members...also after watching Cartoon Kat-tun i've fallen even more in love with them...well..i want Jin and Kame to be more close like before but i am happy and sad in a way, since it means that other members get the limelight too~~ ^^
Kame and Jin seriously get too much attention...but now..Taguchi, Koki, Ueda and Nakamaru are being noticed too... *BANZAI* for that i say...lol

I've noticed that also....I think kinki must be proud of KAT-TUN^^ well @ lest I hope so haha^^ as for the new pairings, well people should get used to them...I mean it's just a promotional thing^^ YnU was great...it's just that KTF was so catchy and awesome! *dances* yay! someone who agrees!♥ still it's not as if I hate YnU^^

@hokuto-sama: haha...i think between the both of us, we can juz dominate this whole thread with our KTN fangirlings....majide....where did all the other KTN fans go??!! i get a bit worried when i see signs of KTN losing popularity (which is soo not the case actually, goin by the sales record... XD )

what's OTP? haha...i can't think of any definition for that right now...

i'm the same too...YnU was nice...coz it signalled the comeback of the rockish KTN, which is how KTN should be...but KTF....now THAT is truly KTN in its own style...the one genre that separates them from NewS and K8 ( i love them both too...!!)...NewS may have Change the World and K8 may have Explosion for the rockin genre, but to me (in full biasness) they can't do it as good as KTN...which is why i love them soooo much!!!

on the downside, KTF sounds a lot like Real Face, dun u think so? which is probably why, on the upside, it can define KTN so much....coz REal Face is the single that defined KTN as a sexy-rock group....

dang~ i haven't been able to catch up with CK KT for sometime now...and i've been waiting for the Laruku episode!!! is there a Laruku group here? i wanna join that group...haha....Ken's naked butt is the hottest...(totally out of topic...gomen....)

hehe...i felt a lil guilty for deviating from KTN a while back, but seriously, there is also a good side when u deviate from them a lil while...for me, after close to 3 months of deviating frm KTN, suddenly listening to old songs like Aki and Gold and Fight All Night and Never Again brings back such happy memories of those initial fangurlin days....i'm glad they are still singing their old singles in CK KT...

shall i do a poll-cum-quiz in this thread too? haha...it might be only me and hokuto-sama answering, but i dun care....

i have a lot of time right now since i'm skipping my lecture test, so i shall answer my own question...haha...how weird....

Kamenashi - Red

when i mention Kame, i always have this image of him wearing the red and black chequered shirt he use to wear...i think it was in SC or Sapuri...either one...but i like him in that shirt so much, so yeah....Kame = Red for me...

Akanishi - Purple

him in that big Purple hat and Purple costume in their Kaizokuban Concert opening singing Fight All Night...and his song Murasaki is among my all-time fave solo frm JE....

Taguchi - Yellow

Junno is always smiling, so a bright, sunny colour suits him...his smile can practically brighten up the whole room...anyone notice how perfectly white and straight his teeth are? and now, his Yukan blond adds to that yellow-association too....

Tanaka - Silver

Koki and his bling bling...thats all i have to say....Silver defines the rapper in him, ne?

Ueda - White

i totally love his costume when he sang Love in Snow....its a lil like Jin's purple costume, but nicer...and his personality....pure white is the only colour i can associate with him...

Nakamaru - Green

Green is a lively colour to me....and Maru is such a lively (and talkative) person, green seemed perfect for him...its probably not as bright as Junno's yellow, but green is natural ne? and Maru is such a natural when it comes to interacting...
