If I was naruto I would make a deal with the nine tails "I'll unlock the seal for you , as long as I get the ability to control all nine tails and still keep my sanity, and you dont kill me" and then I'd try to keep it a secret for as long as possible.

i think that naruto will die as the kyuubi will take control over his body, the same thing as when gaara 'sleep' and summon out the shukaku (chuunin exam arc)
