yeah kyo and tohru became a couple.
the manga is awesome, way better than the anime. a lot funnier and had more relationship/couple parts.

the manga is rly cool, i luv KYO!!, i was sooo totally born in the year of the cat, and the anime, stops too short, and they add that fight with akito
