So thai because i'm singaporean and their way of thinking about life is more similar to us. Japanese films are scary yeah but I wouldn't call them the scariest. What's scary is how clean the environment is. It distracts me because I couldn't help feel that it was all too posed. Never watched korean horror before other than collaboration with hongkong and thai, and that was lame. I also feel that horror films by well known artist just don't cut the grade, so no 'ring' wasn't that scary for me. When I was 8 I like the 2nd rated horror movies from hongkong just because I don't know who the actors are. American horror are never scary, they are more like suspense films. Horror is highly dependant on the actors, and not special effects.. So in my oppinion, the best ones tend to have a low production cost. p/s could the others after this, name the movies they're thinking about?
