Her writing is absolutely amazing, and fast paced! If you haven't read any of her books, you're missing out.

Eh, I don't really have a favorite novelist, nor do I think any of them should be concider "the greatest". Because at the end of the day, all of them have their flaws. I guess Stephen King is cool, I liked his book Misery and the movie they made of it, kinda crazy.

But, in all honesty, Stephenie Meyer should never be concider a great novilist...to anyone! Just even calling her that is bashing the name of all the good ones. God, it makes me sick! To even think that people...

Umm... Jose Rizal. His novel (Noli me Tangere and El Filibusterismo) was so influential to our nation's history because it inspired people to revolt against the Spanish colonizers. How can you beat that?

Geez... Um... I don't really think anybody is a great novelist, I mean Little Women by Louisa May Alcott was great, but I don't think one is just better than the others since I read depending on the subject of the book, you know? Rather than who it was written by.

I've got to go with Agatha Christie. My mom introduced me to her books some years back, and ever since I read "Five Little Pigs" and "Ten Little Indians", I've been so amazed by her writing. I think she's great. I haven't had the chance to read her other books yet though.

EDIT:

Yeah, there are people at my school who think she's the greatest just because of Twilight =/. They haven't read many books AT ALL..
