How did you get to like Eyeshield 21?

The name caught my attention, about three years ago, so I thought to give the manga a chance and now I can't stop watching and reading it.

I've seen it in 2006 and I got sidetracked in a way, so I continued watching the series and reading the manga.

He is so cool when ever he was wearing the eye shield helmet and i also like his running style love it too much

I watched it on Tv once, (dubbed chinese 0.o) and thought it seemed pretty funny, so i searched for it on crunchyroll ^

cause i like football

One day i was looking for a naruto manga but i couldn't find one so i just picked up eyeshield 21 and thats how i got in to eyeshield 21

I also think it is kind of similar to POT, especially the games, all the excitement, and funny moments. Another similarity for me is that, I find two female characters in both animes (Sakuno and Mamori-ne) really annoying somehow. I know it is just me, because some fans really like them :)

About the forum question, I saw Hiruma's picture somewhere and decided to watch the first episode. Then I couldn't stop watching for hours. It is one of those addictive animes

I was just stuffing the site, then it called out to me. At first I though it had a sick name. The more I watch it, the more I love it

to first episodes where kinda lame but the thing that made me come back for more wah definitly hiruma XD he is so cool he is devil-ish and hidious with his giant ears and knows everything the ha ha brothers are funny to gets me every time hu huuh HUUH

hi me i got to like eyeshield because of all the running and i first watched it on studio23 and i got hooked on the first ep and i keep on saying ya-ha and i make new characters in my dreams and a new team and its name is the "sengoku flash tigers"but now the addiction is almost gone......IKE EYESHIELD-KUN YOU ROCK

I got into Eyeshield when I first saw it in Shonen Jump awhile back when they release their first chapter. I saw the whole Stats page where it showed their 40 yrd dash, max weight bench press, and their specialty. Since I like football I started reading it and loved it since. Especially Hiruma and his schemes and tactics.

YA-HA!!! Hmm first of all, it's because........... HIRUMA IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HILARIOUS!!! LOL!!! He's sooooooooooooooo darn funny!!! At first I wasn't really interested. But when I saw that demon, he made me laugh so hard and I became addicted to the series. LOL!!! He's my fave character. Hmm second, probably because of it's pretty exciting, how a match will end I mean. Third, love the managers of different teams. I dunno why. But I especially love Mamori. She's very brave, standing up to Hiruma like that. I laugh so hard whenever they fight with the mops and guns. LOL!!! Fourth, Sena, Suzuna and Hiruma (don't know why) are sooooooooo KAWAII!!! LOL!!! I'm totally nuts. Especially about Hiruma. LOL!!! Lastly, 'cause everyone has a very weird (LOL) but funny and crazy attitudes, especially Hiruma (here I go again with that demon). Thanks to this series, I became very interested in American Football. Oh yeah, this is my VERY first comment. Ehehe just want to add that. YA-HA!!! Deimon Devil Bats!!! (Ehehe love HiruMamo a bit )
