If i'm not wrong, the blogger took it from the website allrecipes.com. The choux pastry is easy to make but the custard is the challenging one. Good luck to those who are trying to make cream puffs.

Place the pan on low heat and stir the mixture constantly until thickened. Stop the heat and add melted butter and stir well. Cool the custard cream. Fill the bottom halves of puffs with custard cream and place the top halves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
*Makes 8 or 9 puffs.

Did everyone forget the crucial point going a something like this:
Soshi: "Mmmm, it tastes just like my ojiisan used to make! What is in it?"
Rikko: "I always add a little orange liquer to the custard. It tastes better".
Soshi: "Mmmmm Rikko, so delicious I want to eat you all up"
Rikko: "Huh? Did you say something"
Soshi: "Hmmm, they're so delicious. I want to sell them; so everyone else can taste them..."
Rikko: "Hai"

Hmmm... obviously I made the last bit up :P
