I thought it was common knowledge that Jackie Chan always did his stunts, its at the end credits of all his old movies. I'm a huge of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jet Li. But I'm sure Jackie Chan and Jet Li both look up to Bruce Lee, he put martial arts movies from Hong Kong on the map and created his own fighting style.

I remember telling friends over a decade ago that Bruce Lee is the past, Jackie Chan is the present and Jet Li is the future. Now we need Donnie Yen or Tony Jaa to continue on.

wrong! you forgot about david lopang

Jackie while he does have some marital arts skill, he does not compare Bruce Lee. But perhaps it only seems this way because Mr.Chan focuses on a "soft" style of martial arts and Mr. Lee practiced a "harder" style. For those of you who are not avid martial artist a "soft" style is a style that focuses on joint locks, throws or putting your enemy off balance. A "hard" style strains tightening tendons, callusing hands and feet and striking power. So it is hard to compare the two.

jackie chan is more of an acrobat than a fighter. Bruce lee was purely a fighter. They are completely different things. Jackie chan is just as cool if not cooler than Bruce lee but Bruce Lee was a completely separate kind of person.

Jackie and Bruce can't be compared. They're both kings of the craft.
