When asking 'who's better', i dont think its only about looks and such. For one, Kaname definately cares so much more about Yuuki than Zero does. He does all he can to protect Zero even if it means Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide letting Zero drink his blood in order to make Yuuki happier. Zero lets his hate for vampires (and lust for Yuuki's blood) to override his care for Yuuki. Yuuki is constantly there for Zero, letting him drink her blood so he would not become a level E. He is so totally dependant on her. Yet Kaname is always in the background protecting Yuuki. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide He knows that she is a vampire, yet he restrains himself from drinking her blood (and drinks Ruka's instead) in order to stop her damned life (in the literal sense) as a vampire. I think.
