sundays.. two hours.. personal training.. go outside
train with the kids... .work on kickboxing. taijiquan mechanics, and mma mechanics for selfdenfense
every now and then do a circle of fire.

monday,, 1 hour workout with kettle bells and total gym.. then practice sim lim tao, chum kui and biu jee
and turning movement.. and do rounds.. increease from chainpunching..3 minutes.. then
chainpunches with frontkicks.. for three minutes,, then chainpunches. boxing.. elbows.. and knees.

then baguajang.. movement.. selfdefense against multiple opponents.. with wing chun..
work on kicks. and punching with mits..
then take downs. at times like form..
then shadow box with that.. for 1 round.


tuesday.. go to chinatown.. practice at the park.if i can.. train with the kids if i can..
do my intro to wingchun class..
if not.. train.. with my personal mokjong.. and stand up bag.. .. then jump rope.. then do it again..
then take a medicine ball, and hit my stomach. and practice grappling movement wit it. then take
a balance ball, and use that... then..
then take a muay thai pad. and practice my ground and pound...
and use the furniture.. and walls to practice how it be with surrounds.. while on the ground.. and jog around my living room.. cleared out.. like it's a boxing ring.. using walls.. and standing back up ..then jog up and down the stairs
then when it gets dark.. turn off the lights and shadow box in the dark.. in the rooms
,and go to my training room, and hit the bag in the dark

scary.. if i DO go to wingchun class..
I do the cardio for 1..1,2, 1,2,3.... 1,2,3,4,...1,2,3,4,5,.. then reverse.. then do huen sau
then do it again. then do my rounds.. changing from chain punches, to chainpunches with front kicks. teacher tells me trEAt it like a real fight..so i go all out.. dont care if you hear me scream.. but need to relax.. prety new there. and its so far.. but im determined
bigest rule.. punch the sonofabitchout!

wednesday. i bring my arnis out..hit the trees.. do my chops and blocks, and 8 starblocking.. and mookjong exercizes on them.. then knee. elbow..punch.. and .anything to it..
hit the tires with my arnises.. and staffs, and broom, or rope, or branch.. using anything so it can be useful
then the mookyanjong.. and practice jeet kune do on it.

thursday.. relax.. taijichuan.. work
relax.. train with the kids.. on it.

friday: relax.. train with kids.. practice sim lim tao..chum kui, biu jee.. and shadow box. run..feed the muscles i should..


saturday: self defense day..for kids. and have some fun.. go to the library.. train at the pier.. read the books

at times i put mma on the training..to vary..even eye guaging.. or hairpulling..kids cab be mean lol but not as mean as adults..it teaches me self discipline..
and some i teach defense serious for the outside world.. like using cars.. like the ropes.. and gates too..
that's what i love when doing circle of fire.

and i add games like
bodyguard, strike ball..(bodymechanics in soccer with takedown, and kicks..no punches though except on the ball) simon says..
andof course circle of fire. and modified circle of fire which uses mma for self defense..

and express yourself.. show and prove.. i like to see what they add too.. like if they learned a style show me..
my favorite was tiger style.. with my friend which is huge.. aooh and not a kid but t he security,.. i had a busted lip for a week, and mesed up jaw..

and then qigong

in morning i do my ukemi waza(falling technique) to push up. varied to frog, and broad..
then back fall to sit up.. and side. then get dressed for work

depending on days.. i do cardio.. on my exercize by or. reenact fight movement on the treadmill.. slowing down. front, back side to side..speeding up.. dashing.. like increase speed.. and blood flow..
and weights but not lift weights that slow down my perfomance in training.. and mood.

i watch wat i eat.. and try not to stay up late.. because it'll affect the body.. always being ready.. because i know.. sometimes.. it's not like this.. when we're tired.. we dont want to fight.. dont want to train.. but
training will never betray you.. and rest ad education, and nutrition is part of training to..

but gotta find people to spar with ...hhmm question in my mind.
why did i train, why do i want to be strength.. my answer: BECAUSE I CAN..

i like that, its simple, and yet effective


fighting- 3 hours with crosstraining, and circuit exercises including form, drills, dummywork, bagwork, padwork, sparring, chi- sao, and everything you need even some scenarios.

Ya, my son, who is a black belt in TKD does the non-competitive MMA, and I am doing the competitive kick boxing.
Iv got a fight sounds like! Sept 27!! I better train my but off! We are making sure they can find another feather weight girl to fight me on the card. Its PRO! So...I gotta make weight now ha ha.. 5#s to lose! ug!! Woot!!

I like tae kwon do..i had a friend that did tang soo do.. which was also mixed with animal forms.. i'm not goona front.. if you can use it.. it works.., I like competitive, but noncompetitve brings alot out of you too.. so 5 lbs? oohh man!! how you gonna keep it off? i believe when you lose pounds you feel it.. i remember when i lose weight it makes me feel light, but i did that in judo lol BAM!!! going for the pros sounds interesting..did you wanna become pro before

I always wanted to box, but never found a club. Now this club does kickboxing and there are e few promoters,and my trainer said he thinks I should fight, and sounded good to me..so...ya! I have never been beaten by a girl, or a guy if they are near my weight class. My trainer sweats 6# off me every session, so 5# is nothin!

I do fine with the bigger guys, but thier legs are long and continual muaythai kicks to my thighs from guys who are much stronger than me can take its toll. My kicks dont hurt them as much as thiers hurt mine, so then its a matter of getting in a hard head puch and trying to stay inside. When staying out of range on bigger oppponents, I find I dont have the speed to come back in w/out getting nailed. (a dissadvantage of being 'an older' fighter)

but you have experience! and i understand what you mean about go back to the inside.. fighting with bigger, and taller people.. just gotta find those disadvantages, we got advantages too! like they crash fall harder lol still it takes guts to close the gap! CHAAA!!!!!

can you still train? i mean seems like you dont look faded by the bruises, and scars.. in fact you look proud seem proud of them=).. hang in there, I got clocked by my sparring partner and he's over 200# and 6"2..no exaggeration.. I wanted to stop then and there.. but I literally had to scream a kiai.. to get back up.. i choked him by a triangle,.. but I got so shocked by the impact i almost got a fear.. so now part of my training is to actually accept that you'll get hurt..conquering my fear to hurt ppl.. which i still like kicking ass!!!!!! omg Koniochi!!! you gotta tell me how many times you go toe to toe with another person bigger, and stronger, or fast, or super skilled.. but still.. guts! to get inside, and I still stand by it by experience!
