Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 5/18/08 what you'll need: -a mirror -an apple -a knife -a pink votive candle -matches -your favorite incense -a pair of flannel PJ's or a flannel nightie -an old T-shirt would work, too. -i also recommend playing some music you love. **********************♥♥♥ the new moon is the best time to do this spell, but any time you feel the need is the right time. allow yourself a good hour or more. ♥♥♥ ♥♥♥ cast a circle if you wish. light your candle and set your incense to burn. take off all your clothes and stand or sit in front of the mirror. it's okay if you can't deal with being naked,but you're going to take a bath as part of this so you'll have to strip sooner or later. look at yourself in the mirror. send love to all the parts of your body, including your internal organs. tell yourself and how much you've missed you. (the "inner critic" will be going full blast while you're doing this. gently tell it to get lost.) lock eyes with your eyes in the mirror. if you cross your eyes a little. the reflection in the mirror will show you one big eye. that eyen is your third eye and it goes straight to your soul. as you look into your third eye, see what's in your soul and be open to receiving the love that the spirit inside you feels for you. love it back now slice the apple in half. take one apple seed from each half and switch them. now eat the half that sits to the left, seeds and all. send that apple down into the core of your being and let it nourish your beautiful spirit. savor this fruit and save the other half for later. when you feel complete, fill up the bathtub, adding your sea salt and epsom salts. get into the tub and close your eyes. imagine you are back in your mother's womb, just like a baby. love this new tub, go put on your PJ's, snuff out the candle, curl up in bed. fall asleep if you want to, you'll probably be pooped. when you wake up, you will be fully reconnected with your inner self. get dressed, and go bury the other half of the apple in the ground, along with what's left of the candle. this will mentain your connection with yourself until the next new moon, or for the next twenty-eight days.
