yeah you know... probably they know it too.
but they're ignorant in using it.
if those young teens know how to use contraceptives, would they get pregnant at a young age?

Nah, unless somehow if they actually manage to rip it and... well... ya know... do tra-la-la and the girl ends up getting pregnant.

how on earth are they having sex? ripping the condom?

Argh... yeah, I can't figure out why the Church is against contraceptives. This is one of the stupidest moves the Church has done to mess up an already messed up country. Of course since the Philippines is a Catholic country and most if not all followers are faithful to the religion, they would of course follow the Church. Well of course I understand them. I mean, why follow what the government says when it's corrupt and shit like that.

Can the government just IGNORE what the Church says? And while they're at it can they make a "one-child policy" law like what they did to China, charging a big fee for children being born after the first? That would be great IMO -_-

haha! thank God somebody is with me. i mean, yeah, one child or let's ay two child policy should be implemented.
and the government is just trying to gain the support of the church that's why they keep on following it's demands.

Nah, I think a "one-child policy" is ok. Two is too much I think. Majority of the families here in the Philippines are very poor that two children is already too much to handle. With a one-child policy implemented, parents would think twice to have sex! BWAHAHAHA!!! BTW vasectomy is too much (referring to one of your post)O_o

The way I see it, a lot of people follow what the Church says more than the government so the government is trying to gain the support of the Church, even if it means following something as stupid as removing "Death Penalty" -_-

really... but that would be a bit sad... not having a sibling to argue with.
but i guess your right. maybe a one child policy is indeed needed,
but only the poor filipinos have plenty of children. the average ones only have a number ranging from 2-4.

and vasectomy? as a girl that is way better than tubal ligation. besides the males are ones who are more into sex than females.. ayt?

Not really. If your parents are willing to have another child, they should just save up first before they make one. It's not entirely prohibited to have more than one child as long as you have the money to pay if this kind of one-child policy is implemented O_o

And please, no vasectomy! Our dolphins are what keeps us happy! x_x

i think, it is very hard to implement that in our country. why? because lots of couples from poor family makes baby making a "past time." vasectomy is okay. they're doing it for free in barangay clinics. it would help lessen our "balloon-ing" population. because sometimes when "duty" calls men tend to be careless.

Well I was thinking that not only will the family pay a very big fee to have another child, if they failed to or do not pay the fee both parents will be imprisoned for a number of years. Their child will be in the care of some government organization or NGO until they finish their time. Vasectomy will be harder to implement than the one-child policy that's just plain scary for us men! XD

From what i know. vasectomy is quite safe for men...it may also save men from unwanted "commitments." And i didn't know it would scare men...i mean why?

so it will really decrease a man's libido, huh? well then that's your problem.. lol

but did you know that in certain hospitals, people who undergo vasectomy or ligation are being paid for doing so?

Well, lots of young kids end up having sex. I assumed that the young teens you were speaking of would still wind up having sex. During sex ed, I was forced to watch a video against my own will to preserve my once-pure mind. It was stated in the video that condoms can sometimes rip...

that sex ed video didn't say that you can use two condoms at the same time. I learned this from a certain book i've read in national bookstore last week.

the funny thing about those sex ed classes is that only few are learning from it.
kids who are enrolled in it still get unwanted pregnancy.

Well if they want unwanted commitments then they should just stop having them in the first place. One of the things that causes overpopulation is multiple sex partners. Filipino men should just have more self-dicipline but unfortunately most don't -_-

right..
but i dunno if i'm right but some say that vasectomy would decrease a man's sexual appetite...

and if that would happen i guess, vasectomy will indeed be a a great success!
can you imagine, killing two birds with one stone?

conception is prevented and abstinence can be promoted! lol.
