Reasons why:
Naruto has been going through hardships all his life. And now his best friend, whom he considers a brother, Sasuke, runs off with Orochimaru so he can one day defeat his arch rival Itachi. And Naruto has the kyuubi in him and the seal is wearing off. There are alot of spoilers I could mention, but won't. You can message me and ask me for them if you want to know. I read the Manga, I don't watch the anime much, espicially since it was bought. So anyways, I don't think he'll die from the kyuubi, but that may happen. And I can also see the possibility of him never becoming hokage. I can imagine them giving him the title after he died to honor him, but him never actually become hokage. Mashimoto seems to kill off his characters without them ever getting their satisfaction. Most of the time.
Those are my reasons. :P
BUT that doesn't mean I want him to die. I am being realistic with my thinking, that's all. I would really like to see Naruto get Sasuke back and become Hokage. But that seems all to good, espicially for Mashimoto. Don't you think?
Actually, I think I read somewhere that someone said something 'bout how these two were the same and Masashi Kishimoto said something 'bout how he and his brother are alike and so their mangas maybe the same, when someone accused him of copying the other's story, or something.
So, with that said, if the dude in the other series is dead, Naruto might die also. It would probably be best because of the Nine-Tails.
