I pray for them. Hope God listens... the Szechuan people aren't bad people >< (not that I'm aware of)

I really hope everything goes alright. -sigh-.. If you think about it, these last couple of years have been very bad.. y'know, what with lots of disasters... Punishment to us despicable humans from God, most likely. DX

Donations are not limited to money form ^^ I did donate some though, when my school raised the donations.
You could go to the nearest charity center or maybe those donations centers to donate used clothes, money, etc etc.Any little thing you do could help ^^ Even praying for me helps a little ^^ It's really heart-wrenching,seeing those disasters happening to them.I mean, the tsunami and Katrina came a few years back and I'm sure there are people who still haven't recover from it >_< Enviromental pollution must be one of the main factors these disasters keep cropping up in the past few years.Praying and donating are fine, but do do something to help preserve the enviroment too ^^

Are you guys serious?
Prayers are more important?

This shit wouldnt have even happened in the first place if the person you are "praying" too would take his head out of his ass.

Shout out to all those over there!.
Im planning on donating soon!.
=[

Haha. Thank you for saying that. That was exactly what I was thinking but with less negativity.

It really is too bad for the victims of the earthquake because they will definitely be forgotten within the next few weeks. Man, so much shit has been happening lately.

Thanks you guys for the positive response.
Been doing my bit to help too.
And Lavender88, great tt u mentioned how donations are not limited to moneys, but also in kind.
And even if you do not have the means to donate, it really is the thought that counts.
A small kind act a day in your community could still make a difference to the people around you.
So, rest assured, prayers and well-wishes are also a great way to show you care =)

Love you Crunchies!

Hmhm, too bad the Chinese Government won't let Christians in there to help.

what does that even mean? The Chinese gov let in a lot of people. A notable one is people from Japan, as Japan is more experienced with dealing with earthquakes. There are Christians in china and Japan, are you saying that the gov. is background checking everyone to make sure they aren't Christians? Its not like Christianity is banned

Thank you for providing the links, i am personally very lucky to not have any family or friends living in the Si Chuan area, however that does not mean me nor my family have not cried over them while watching the evening news. It is a terrible thing to have happened to such unexpectling civilians. The last time i heard it was around 30,00-55,000 in casualties/missing people. I wish that those who can donate, please donate to those facing these disasters. To those who are able to actualy travel to these places to volunteer in either taking care of wounded, rescues the lost, or whatever that is needed. If you can not do either of those, please at least pray for their well being, so separated families would reunitie, the young and old to survive through this, and all of them recover from these horrifying events mentally and physically.

Edit, it is true that praying alone does nothing, but if word gets to at least some of those people that there are many that is supporting them, it will surely make them feel a bit better- like they are not alone.
