They have good chemistry and I am pretty sure there is a mutual attraction between them. GinXOtae is a close second. GinXSa-chan I don't like. GinXKaruga doesn't even register, as he's more of a father figure. I think that his actual age is around 28, so that would be too weird.

Kagura lives with Gin. Otae would indeed beat the living crap out of him but if memory serves its purpose I remember her falling in love with Gin when he lost his memory. But my vote would go for Sachan. She is in love with him and I remember when they went to Yoshiwara(the arc with Kagura's brother in it) He said he was looking for a girl that can handle S&M(sadist masochist) play and we all know Sachan loves that kind of stuff. I would even believe that any female that was helped by Gintoki likes Him. Ghost chick likes him, Tsukuyo, Tama. Those would also be my choices. Kyuubei would also be good.

Her reaction from him falling into her cleavage and grabbing her boob was just awesome. GinxSa-Chan and GinxOtae are both awesome because of the comedy that would go along with either.
