The University of Melbourne. It is either the oldest or second oldest uni in Australia (I think Sydney Uni might be a bit older), established in 1853 I think, certainly before Federation. In case you can't tell, that is where I studied (science).

I wish I could have studied abroad too, but knowing myself I would probably go out wandering everywhere, especially in such warm climates as Italy or Australia.

If you are interested in Science I've heard that the University of Seattle is really good in that department. For language and international programs the university of san francisco has really good int'l business and the int'l school is one of the best in the nation. Hope this was some help for you!

For me abroad means a country other than the one I am living in. Luckily for me education is free here I live, so no tuition fees. Just gotta pay for books and living expenses.

Yeah, University, colleges all free. Actually, im not sure whether law and medical school is completely free, but pretty much all technical sciences, humanities, business etc. is free. But then again, tax rates are A LOT higher here than for example in the states, so we pay for it in other ways hehe.
