well the problem is that anime is not for kids is for youngster, and is not a problem of x or y broADcasting channel. It is because in US for example they ignore completely the proper classifIcation that anime has to rate this show because of theIR themes(is not equal to the rating for age). thats the main problem there.

I do somewhat agree with you here- the culture of the original anime are in most cases of a much more settling point of view, while when the series are taken abroad and represented in a whole totally different setting than what they are originally intended to be in, a lot of people will get the wrong impression.

We've heard the word "milking cow" being brought up here, and it's by all means a kind saying compared to what's really going on. Have you ever thought about how much better it would've been if there were no anime on TV at all? I tell you that anime on Television might not be a good thing after all.

In Sweden, there was a huge discussion around the initial cause of N...uto being aired on a cable network channel, where it was said that the leadership brought this, and only this anime over just to get compensation for licensing the games of N...uto on different consoles. The DVD prices were higher than usual, and unlike the TV channels in America, this channel totally misunderstood the market. A classic example of marketing to earn some quick money on an anime that most people did not need in the first place.

ps to you- I won't get personal, so I stay away from attacking individuals. But if you prefer to disrespect opinions, then go ahead because I won't stop you.

P.S.- im only rude with people that use bad words like that one you used back there.I do not take things personal.By the way i didnt vote for any of those because im neutral. I only like to know the opinions of other people around here, thats all.

How about none of the above? Those animes might be popular.. but it does not mean that it's a good representative of the word 'anime'. I think that bleach and naruto are just too commercialised.

well im going to post the introduction again beacause people seem not to read it.

Well this is an easy question so i think everybody is going to like it. Also you can vote for another anime that is not listed(mostly because theres no space for the other answer). So feel free to post why do you think its the better serie to carry the honor to be of anime of the year. Also explain why do you think its deserve that honor.

Lets the votes begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can tell another that you think that deserve this title or you can say that you dont like none. Both of them are acceptable. (they arent in the poll because theres no more space in there)
