For awhile now I have had a abbility to Relise i was dreaming within the dream world. And to such points of were i would stay asleep(in the wake reality my body is as if im sleeping but hard to wake) in dream state and world I am able to dive deeper into the nightmares/dreams.

The nightmare control is were you gain skills to help you againt what is causing the nightmare.

though Real phase(all 5 senses are fully activated, meaning will be hard to distinguish a dream from reality.. Ah you feel pain, smell, hear, taste, see) nightmares while the Nightmare control is active is the best and most realistic. though real phase dreams are rare..

Im wandering how many of you relise you are dreaming while uncoinous. And are able to access some of your dream skills?

If so what skills abilities do you find? im mostly a fan of defence(dream materlization of stuff to help defend against the nightmare causes, Transport( a way to teleport without knowing were your end up.), extension( able to keep your real time body uncoincous). these are some..

So do you have nightmare control? Do you use skills? Have you had a Real phase dream?

Do you enjoy taking control of your nightmares?

It happens to me sometimes. I sometimes think that I dream some things that ahsn't happened to me yet, and then the next day that exact scene from my dream would happen, and I would be like that happened to me already, it's like im having De Ja Vu. It's kind of weird. And sometimes I dream within the dream.

Yes but everytime I realize that it,s a dream (first I try to chek if it is a dream like trying to read inside the dream or if the dream is too unrealistic) but know wherewer I try to manipulate the dream it becomes too abstract

Lucid dreaming is a fun ability, I find myself having the same dreams over and over again only I am able to make different choices as I go through. I once found myself having a nightmare and decided to wake up, I thought that I had until I realized that I was in my living room instead of my bed and that the wall behind me was a swamp. Something went wrong there.

actually, that isnt a full on dream, really. its in a seperate state of sleep, its non-REM. it works along the same lines as sleep paralysis...parts of your brain that should be asleep are still functionin to a small degree. its a parasomnia, like sleep-walking, sleep-eating, sleep-sex, night terrors, sleep paralyses, and "abduction" symptoms.

Not actually true, Lucid dreaming occurs during REM sleep cycles, Studies have shown that eye movements correspond to the direction one is looking in the dream scape. Also, the event that I described is known as a false awakening and is a common occurence that instance was just severely flawed. As far as sleep paralysis goes, it also occurs during the REM sleep cycle though it can continue if awakened suddenly; it is thought to be the result of a post synaptic inhibition caused by decreased levels of melatonin in the primary motor cortex.

When I am lucid dreaming I can always defy the laws of gravity. Flying around and walking up the sides of buildings is so much fun ^_^

ME TOO. I use to dream I had DBZ powers... except I didn't blow up things. Yeah I've been able to realize when I was in a dream since I was 4. My dreams are weird though. I am like saiyan but im still me and at the same time im someone else talking to me and looking at me and I have DBZ powers too. Kinda like Im in 3rd and 1st person at the same time. Then all of a sudden it becomes some romance story where I dont have any powers and I never had them, then I regain them!!!! My dreams make no fucking sense. I realize Im in a dream and at the same time I dont want to change it at all...or maybe its just so non sequitor that I cant even comprehend my own subconsious mind

ALL DREAMING OCCURS DURING REM CYCLES!!!
