i used to have one but i dont know, all the fishes, except the janitor fish, died suddenly, one by one. so when there's no other fish remaining my dad told me to just kill the janitor fish because the aquarium is so big and it's the only fish left.

my brutal killing steps in janitor fish:
1. get the janitor fish
2. cut all the fins
3. put some bleaching liquid onto it.
4. throw it into the canal.

i killed the janitor fish that way. and thats why i dont want to have a fish anymore because it will just die.

yes two actually, and they are full of guppies. so if you ever want a seemingly endless fish population get about 6 guppies 3 male and 3 female and there you go.

i am thinking of an aquarium fish that is low on maintenance

good luck, with guppies you never have to worry about dwindling population.
just clean the tank once a month-ish, have a filter some fake plants and feed them.
happy fishing.
