I think it's Zero too. Kaname isn't turning him into a powerful hunter for no reason. He will be Yuuki and Kaname's knight and protect them I think

from my opinion..it would most probably be Zero...because i believe he had the power to save and protect Yuuki..

however i think that the knight can be anyone, human or vampire, that can protect others from being harmed. therefore it can be kaname as well for making zero into a powerful hunter + vampire and everyone else that protected someone.
