all char with 9999hp
he one shots you anyway, took me like 4 hours to beat him,
you can leave and save and heal but he regenerates a % of hp the longer you stay gone.

The Ultimate Weapons from FFVII were definitely the hardest bosses I ever faced in an RPG... I never did beat them all.

Star Ocean: The Second Story if you watch the scene with the final boss's daughter. I was a level 119 with my hp completely maxed and my mp at some very high six number digits. Still couldn't win XD
