I don't really go out of my way to do anything, though if i did and it was misinterpreted I'd probably just end it with a "Hey, Fuck you"

did someone misinterpreted your kind deed? instead of thanking you, they even went mad at you..

it already happened to me, when I was correcting my cousin that her spelling is wrong, she instead, said that I was too braggart and said that I was making her stupid. STUPID? I just wanted to correct her so that she will not committ the same mistake again. uggh. I dont know what to do to these people. I was like "wtf. I even helped you out and you'll just go get mad at me? how dare you.." and my face was like this: . I cant get them.

did it also happened to you? how did you feel?

maybe ur cousin didnt like the tone of ur voice

no. i was very careful of my tone. I didn't want to sound as if I'm a genius correcting other people. But, it really turn that way.

was probably the tone in which you said it... Like if i was writing and someone came over and pointed at a word, and said "You spelled it wrong." I would be like wtf is your problem? In this case though your cousin kinda flipped out on you a bit too much...

Oh i just read the post two posts above mine who said the same thing... Well when i was younger i absoloubly hated it when my mom edited my papers...

I was in a store with a couple of friends and I'm the type of person to put things back where I got them if I don't them but my friends aren't. They'd pick up a shirt and then just leave it lying on the ground or in the wrong section or something so I always pick up after them (it's a habit...). Well, one of the people that worked at the store saw what I was doing and rudely said "So what are you trying to imply?? That I can't do my damn job?" I looked at her with a huge question mark expression then I turned around and as I walked out the store I knocked these boxes of shoes that were stacked ontop of eachother over. I didn't even look back.

People are rude...lol

no. this is what i really said to her : "hey alyssa, you spelled phosphate wrong. it should be with h. ok?" *with a smile*... and then she was like : "what? are you making me stupid? of course I know. mind your own business." and i was like "wtf. i even helped you. screw you."

Not so much a kind deed, but I did sort of get scolded for commending somebodies efforts.

We were all lifting computers into a van to be sent off to Africa in our tutorial lesson. My friend happened to carry too many, as did most of us (we wanted to go early), as we were walking on struggling, he found the load too heavy and dropped his computers. Thankfully for him a girl came by and assited him picking up and carrying the computer, taking note she carried a big chunky ass one while he carried the didy small one. When i saw this I was a little shocked that he gave the person who was helping him out the larger load, so I turned and said to him hlaughingly: "Man Sam, that's harsh, giving her the heavier load". She instantly turned and snapped at me, claiming she lifted it of her own accord, I had absolutely no idea what she was getting steamed upa bout so i apologized and she pissed off on her merry way. According to my friends, they said she probably thought I was being sexist, which was complete bullcrap, my point was that when someone helps you, you rarely go ahead and give them the heavier load to carry right?
Still even if my being sexist were the case she got way too fired up, she pressumed too quickly and left me feeling like an ass for no reason. (Not to mention what i said didn't sound sexist at all)...-sigh- some people.

if im trying to be kind in the first place and its misinterpreted... im not going to tell them they are an idiot.

Like one day I was just talking to this chick online and she makes a small mistake in her sentence which I didnt catch...

well i went along with what she was saying, but of course, this mistake completely nerfed what she was saying into something extremely embarrassing. so she felt as if i was insulting her, when i really just wanted to fit in and not be rude.

Then... even worse. I apolagize... and she thinks im being sarcastic... can you believe it. I'm certainly not that much of an asshole >_>

but in the end I just apolagize again in a more sincere manner and she catches on... or at least I hope so... i hope other woman arent like that as well -.-

ALOT!!! I tried helping my little brother with his homework but he kept looking at the tv(it was on)and i had to repeat everything i said about 3 times. Then he started saying i was wrong and he was right and i got tired of it so i just went back to my room and went on my laptop and the next day he got his homework wrong and i laughed in his face.

this happens to me all the time and so now i can be bothered, when people now say "can i help them" i now say "sorry i think you've mistaken me with someone who gives a f*ck". that way they just shut up!!!
