killar : If you go out and work or have fun with your friends...doesn't mean it's lame ^_^ It;s okay to do what you like/want or what you just have to do. If you want to do something special, than do it . It's not too late and ...I think it's special to be cr mod or to do what you like to do. .. If you're feeling lonely think at this: ^_^ Everyone feels lonely once in their life or maybe they are really lonely ...<sigh> It's sad, but you have to cope with that. When I'm feeling lonely I think a lot at my "friends" or just I remember old memories...It makes me feel better...

^ha, you got the wrong idea. I'm not lonely, I just prefer to do things alone lately. I can call up a bunch of friends to come over and do whatever. My cell never stops ringing

I'm just not doing that as much anymore. I use to go on road trips and whatnot with car club members all the time, but now I just go alone. I think I just need a good vacation and I'll be fine.

Ok I'll answer them one by one.
1. Yes I believe in real friendship probably because through experience. I was quite a geek when I was younger and preferred to be by myself cos I never really found anyone I completely enjoyed hanging out with. Then I started to socialise more and since moving to Scotland I've made some really good friends and we've become all really close-knit and I've seen what my friends will do for each other when things get a little bad and it's not like they're asked to do it but willingly do it.
2. Not sure what you mean by "real" friends. Yes I have friends in real life (^^) and I do consider them to be real friends for the reasons I explained above.
3. I don't really have a criteria for what frienship means. I think you just kind of recognise it when you see it. I do expect close friends to be really truthful with me though.
4. I'm not really understanding the "where will you go for your friend" question. But to answer your last question - right now I can tell you that I am a pretty selfish person and am extremely scared of death therefore I don't see myself giving up my life for anyone right now. However, my friends mean a lot to me and if it comes down to it I'm hoping that I'll at least be brave enough to give up my own life for them ^^

Second thing, as I am regularly participating in debates in the ED section, I really don't mind this thread being there. It is a topic about which you can talk endlessly long, thus, it is perfect for the ED section. If you don't like this kind of topics, then just stay out of it, nobody is forcing you to contribute your two cents to it. What you might find to be 'bleh' doesn't necessarily mean that 'everybody' feels the same way about it like you.

Besides watching anime, I'm usually practicing my piano, or out in the field taking pictures, since I'm a part-time photographer. As for sports, I play badminton. Sadly, I haven't had much time to play it, even though my summer is about to end.
