My friend on here, h3ntie, showed me these screen shots of what apparently got him banned.

Apparently he was banned and the other user who clearly stands out as being rude and offensive was not. I don't quite understand, from looking at those screen shots it's clear that the other user was doing greater damage with his posts, it doesn't seem fair that h3ntie got a month ban and varnlestoff hasn't suffered anything of the sort. Could anyone explain?

h3ntie has a history and has been warned/banned many times. When a user continues to break the rules over and over and over and over again their punishment continues to get longer and less patience will be taken to concern. So I'm guessing the mod who banned h3ntie was already aware of his history and banned him instead of bringing out a warning.
Varnlestoff is pretty clean. He has no warnings or bans in his history. So he should have only gotten a warning as his first offense. If he continues to break the rules, then he also will start getting bans. But the mod who took care of h3ntie and Varnlestoff didn't leave a written reason in both their history note, so I don't even know whether or not Varnlestoff even got the warning.

Um, I don't know where else to post this. But I believe you guys got this issue of Crunchyroll Takeout wrong in the trivia part.

In reality, Fritz Lang created a silent film called Metropolis. Legend has it that Tezuka saw the poster of the film and it inspired him to start his Metropolis manga.

I watched the Metroplis Anime movie and knew of the silent film though I haven't watched it, so I can confirm that the newsletter info is wrong. I'll let someone know.

Yeah, I know about that, but judging by those screen shots, a month long ban seems very harsh in any case. All he really did this time was go off topic for a while (but being mature enough to be the one to end the argument, and quite quickly) and retaliate with one very mildy offensive image. That's my opinion, anyway.

Knowing h3ntie, I agree that was real mature of him to not swear or argue back. But alas, I'm not the mod who banned him. So I have no say. It's ok. It's not the end of the world. He'll be back soon. But like I said, some mods lose patience when a user has that much bad history. So the length of bans get longer and longer. At least he didn't get banned for a year.

No my account just got delete about 3 hours ago. Not only me but 2 of my our friends too and i was wondering why?
