i was just wondering why are the videos do not buffer for me in the high quality an the h_d something i can only watch it in low an as you know there are animes that aren't clear on low an i can't read the sub so help me please

I got a question for the mods. They probably dont know the answer, idk. How come my inbox has been down for like 3 months? i recently found a way to lok at them but it only worked 1 time. i had 22 unread messages and now i have 20. why would my inbox just stop working? anyways im goin to bed, but i hope my question gets answered somehow. How would you feel if your fans sent you messages a lot but you couldnt read them? lol
