I live in Norway myself, and I don't see what's so disappointing about paying 40 NOK per month (alternatively 28 NOK per month if you buy a 12 months long membership) to view 175+ anime shows. 28 NOK is basically one frozen pizza per month.
If you consider the economy, Norwegians actually pay less for the service because the dollar is weak compared to the Norwegian Kroner when it comes to how much something costs.
While I can understand that you are frustrated that some of the shows are not available in Norway, I
personally still think it is worth the price.
Especially since we have popular shows like Naruto, Sword Arts Online, Space Brothers, Bleach, My Little Monster, Shin Sekai Yori and more available.
Crunchyroll is constantly trying to get license for every country, it's not that they want to be all favouritism or anything; but the fact is that America/Canada has a bigger anime license industry than most nations in the western world.
