Go to your inbox's settings (inbox -> settings) and you should see the feature to block users. Don't forget to unbuddy them if you are buddies.

I used to spam it with an refresh-page app or whatever just to see how high I could get the counter lol. I am glad they got rid of it too since it really doesn't count anything and you can practically just refresh and it adds another count to it.

Sounds like threads from the Extended Discussion. Which ones in specific? I closed a bunch earlier this year. I can tell you why ^.^ many of them were probably due to trolls, double posters, various pyramid quotes, flamers, or they were just inactive for over 6 months and beyond. Also many users questioned the adult nature of some of the threads and asked why they were allowed to be on the site.
Many of them had nothing wrong with the original post .... its what was said and done afterwards. This is a PG-13 site and although it is important to discuss sexism & relatable subjects this is still a PG 13 site and many individuals ruin it for everyone. If you have any questions about any closed thread I'm in the process of putting messages on all 42,832 threads I closed within the last month & over 86,940 closed threads [I'm trying to post in all of them]. But alas I was lazy and just closed them. There is no mass delete function so I literally had to go in and close each and every thread myself which takes a super long time. But, I will eventually get to posting in all of them so please bear with me. Again PM for details, thanks!
