I personally have just been looking through some popular subjects to weed out duplicates (Last night I cleared out a bunch of Fahrenheit threads) and watching the newest forum threads instead of duking it out with the other new forum mods. I'm a slow locker, because I tend to want to explain in detail what was done wrong. Question to the other moderators: How long (or do you think) should a locked thread be left up for public viewing before moving?

I tend to leave it for about 10 minutes if the thread had been started recently. If it was started quite a while ago (hours/days) then I just lock and close it. To old mods - seem fair? If the user who started the thread sends you a PM acknowledging the lock, then you can go ahead and move it. If there are too many threads being locked at once, and it's starting to fill up the section, you can move it to the closed section within 5 minutes. This is just a rule of thumb kinda thing... you don't have to strictly follow it. (Steffi told me it ^^) It's better to let the thread sit there for a while, even if the thread was started hours ago, and the likelihood of the creator seeing it is low. The reason is so that other users can see the thread that was locked, and possibly learn and remember that the said thread topic can and will be locked in the future.

Also i asked nicely a few times for her to remove them and she just is ignoring my messages ive alreay removed all the pictures off my page and on this site so i was wondering if i could like report her or something?
