Putting asside that they would do a crap job of it, what anime would be impossible to dub in English?? Like they have too many Japanese elements and Americanizing it (you know that's what dubbers do) would be impossible, or they rely heavily on Japanese speech and language. Give reasons why, please!!

Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei would definately be impossible–it's one of the most Japanese animes I've ever seen.
Bottle Fairy–The whole thing is ABOUT Japan and its traditions.
La Corda d'Oro–the series relies to heavilly on Japanse honorifics like -senpai and -chan.

What others do you know of??

If you've watched the Card Captor Sakura anime, Most people would suspect that they would never have dubbed it in English..
For the first two seasons, Sakura calls Syaoran "Li-kun," and calls him Syaoran-kun in the final season.. This has major significance in the anime and manga, but I'm not sure how they do it in the dubbed version.. And they hella messed up Kero-chan's voice in the dubbed version...

Azumanga Daioh is rich in Japanese tradition but they have somehow dubbed that too.. I didn't watch it though

La Corda d'Oro is not impossible because Ranma1/2 also relied a lot on the Japanese honorifics system..

Akazukin Chacha - is impossible because it's comedy is based on Japanese puns.. If a person were to dub it, it would lose all of its humor.

Minami-Ke - has a few puns as well, they might not be able to be dubbed without losing their humor.. America can have their second season though..

In my perspective, the only anime I know that might be "impossible" to dub is the Da Capo series, since the love relationship is incest.

Americanizing an Anime to fit the English culture doesn't always happen. >.> Quite a large number of animes that have been dubbed haven't been Americanized. >.> And because a show has a lot of traditional Japanese doesn't mean it won't be dubbed. Personally, I don't think it's 100% impossible to English dub any anime. I mean, all you have to do is replace the Japanese voices with English ones, if the Japanese could do it, Americans / English Speakers can obviously do it too. Maybe better, maybe not as well. However, the few animes that would probably sound strange if English dubbed would be parody's like Hayate no Gotoku. I mean, the censoring would be....@__@ But still, it isn't impossible to dub Hayate no Gotoku. I just doubt the outcome will be...spectacular.

By the way, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they put a Texas accent on Osaka (Azumana Daioh) to replace the Osaka Accent.

I agree with Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei. They have MULTIPLE episodes in which it would only make sense if it were in Japanese.

Dub refers to anime or other form of video that has been translated into another language. For example, the English version of Naruto is a dub. (And, from what I hear, a bad one.)

dub is when someone changes the language or voice of that anime... for example from japanese to english...

for me i just hate when the change it, subs are better..
the essence of the real feeling will be lost if the dubbers dont know what feelings must be imposed...
