That one is paint.

ALSA corp was one of the first guys to finish an actual sprayable paint that didn't ripple or warp. MirraChrome, ChromeFX, etc. has been out for about a year and a half or so now.

just look up alsa corp and you can see what i mean.

I knew someone would bring that up eventually.. just because its sprayable, doesnt mean its paint *sprays your car with my piss* See?

lol i'll gladly start this topic up with you, but i have a feeling you're not interested in a few paragraphs on chemical make-up and quotes from the company etc. etc. and of course your piss isn't paint. Just like me slappin bologna on your car on a hot day for a few hours setting time isn't paint.

I was refering to the spray in general.. but that would be neat for red polkadots on a rusty white civic.

C'mon, man. You're an auto aficionado like me!

You should know the Mirrachrome and FX series as well as Maziora's series are all done via actual mixes on high end spray guns.

it's all the same output via atomization, the only difference is some use the aide of powdercoat methods by shooting a lil' bit of electricity into the parts for full coverage as it pulls in the atomized paint.

Problem with the chrome series paints is that it's insanely difficult to get everything uniform. When alsa and a few other companies first debuted their full chrome paints safe for whole-body cars as opposed to just trim pieces which is a different process, it took them months working with different bodyshops to just make the demo cars.

edit - love the haircut btw. waaaay better than when it was long. xD

I am not terribly keen on those. I prefer single solid colors rather than overdone schemes.

agreed. But i'm not comparing regular chroming process to Alsa or Maziora's. They actually took the recipe for chrome and made it so the chroming process could be placed in a broader scale, but only as a multi-stage paint process as well. I'm a little tipsy still from drinking, so when i wake up from my nap i'll probably post some more info on it.

as far as your hair goes, as you get older long hair = less successful appeal. I grow out my hair for like, anime and japan rock conventions, since girls cream over asian guys with spiked versions of emo hair (just not the damn emo look lol). Otherwise, i keep it short. Plus i do admit you look a lot older and more composed with it short.
