I believe so...it happened to me...i mean we had our webcams up and mics we could actually meet......shes here in the same country and like 1 city away from me but its just that i wasnt good enough for her or she had someone on mind already well i cant blame her i blame myself for being so......so......i cant describe it but i know one thing i lack the guts to say all the things i wanted dont feel sorry for people who do because not all people have the same concept of love it come in many form.....its just that if it wasnt meant to be then it wasnt......well dont be too judgemental because all people are different

yeah^_^ indeed all people have different perspectives about love..... we can't blame them based on what they believe in....
so....do you really think that what you felt during you've chatted with that girl you are to meet is love?...
yeah...maybe fell for the qualities of the person they've chatted in but some live in fantansy.....
that's why they don't have the guts to commit to the thing they've most wanted or think they needed it...

Meeting anyone can be dangerious even if u meet someone in person somewhere. If they mean to keep something from you then they will and can. If it was really that bad, then why are online dating sites so popular now? But u just need to keep in mind the risks and know what u are getting into.

It could happen. My friend's cousin found his girlfriend from playing WoW of all places, they live together now. lol nerds

Just don't be an idiot and meet some random guy in a dark, abandoned school parking lot (like some dumbass did in the news)

love on the internet is not good. mostly cuz 1 you don't know them pretty well if you give them your picture to exchange for theres they might just take the dream girl of his/her picture for you.2 you wouldn't even want to date them they could be just some 35 at minimum years old.. Ew.

I admireD someone from the past....
no harm done, it's just an admiration...
right now, we consider each other as friends
we chat from time to time, and I really enjoy his company....
but for that feelings to develop into LOVE?
that's really impossible...

to admire is one thing and love is another... both of it are two different things
sometimes, love could be mistaken for admiration in which varies a lot in many ways from the word called love

First and foremost:

DO NOT get into a relationship on the INTERNET. :|

I've made this mistake more than once. This person that you love so much- usually isn't really like that in person. In fact I'd say 80-90% of these people act completely different than the way you envision it when in person. Afterall, one of the people I liked turned out to be a backstabbing, heartless, manipulating -bleep-.

If you really think it is possible that you guys will truly like each other, I suggest that you meet this person first more than once in real life with a friend or more with you.

On the other hand, if you are just simply going to crush on someone and admire them through their typed words on a computer screen. Well, there's really no harm in that. Just don't get too serious.

@o@; 'course I may be biased because of my own experience.

I think it is quite possible even if it is dangerous.
But sometimes I think it's a bit sad when people are like (on their profiles), "Oh, ____ is my g/bf and you better not hurt them".
With all the technology now, webcams and instant messaging, it's not very hard to keep in touch in a long distance relationship. Love exists everywhere, even in an internet connection.

no...you're completely right...haha^_^
yeah..people on the internet seem very different in person....
the personality they showed you on the net just provokes one out of the many attitude he/she has...
definitely....internet relationship should be taken serious if you haven't even seen or met the person in reality...
kudos....

Yes, without meeting in physical person.
Through the use of webcam and such.

Not really. I wouldn't personally, but it happens.
