It's PurpleSkye again! hey there!

I don't know if this would work...

I also don't know if I'm doing this correctly...

Heck, I don't know what I'm doing at all...

Bear with me, please... hehe...

This is a library so, it's ALL ABOUT BOOKS... I've read a couple of good ones like these:

*Twilight (Stephenie Meyer)
*New Moon (Stephenie Meyer)
*Eclipse (Stephenie Meyer)
*Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling)
*The Chronicles of Narnia (C.S. Lewis)
*Series of Unfortunate Events (Lemony Snicket)
*Amalia (I forgot who wrote it; I haven't got the book with me so I'll research first)
*Promise of the Unicorn (I also forgot so check back for the author)
*Treasure Planet (there's a movie for this so you guys must know it; if not, well, I don't know)

I'll add more to the list of good-reads when I think of them... More suggestions are appreciated.., If you've read one of these before, you can give some feedback too..! I'd like to know what you think...

That's all for now..!

Sure! Why not..? hehe...

*Eclipse (A Vampire Love Story)
-This is the 3rd installment of the Twilight Series of Stephenie Meyer (have you heard about it?). Basically, it's about Isabella Swan & Edward Cullen's (if you don't know who he is, you're missing out on a lot! ^.^) love story. The thing is, Bella (her preferred name) & Edward (a "vegetarian" type vampire) love each other so much but of course, there's always something that prevents them from living happily ever after as most stories should be. If you've read Twilight & New Moon (the 1st & 2nd book), you'd know that there's a rogue vampire (Victoria) out to get Bella wanting to avenge the vampire she loved. Then, there's those killings in Seattle where the suspects cannot be identified &/or captured. And lastly, Bella has to deal with a pack of werewolves where one - her best friend to be exact - is in love with her. What's a girl to do when Vampires & Werewolves are natural born enemies? Would she have to choose between the two most dear to her heart? More importantly, what's Victoria's plan?

*The Chronicles of Narnia (Actually, I just got the book yesterday & haven't finished reading it so this might not be a good summary)
-There are 7 books in C.S. Lewis fantasy book. Long story short, the novels circle around Narnia - a different world apart from ours. There was a movie for this, "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe" & another one coming up in June, "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian". I'm not so sure if the books are connected to each other like the Harry Potter series is but I'll get back to you on that

*Amalia (This is a short book)
-Amalia is your typical teenager with normal teen problems. Love. Friends. And being the manager of a band, one would have more problems too. She just broke up with her boy friend but he wants to get back with her when this guy arrives and she catches his attention. Her best friend is anorexic and is not doing well in the band. When a gig comes up for a school event, she's pressured to solve her problems including the persistent ex-boy friend, the interested new guy, and her best friend with anorexia. Will she be able to solve everything before the dance?

[If you have more questions about these books; just ask again ]

Thanks so much!
Amalia is a good book though very short (I can finish reading it in a hour )...
I researched it just now and found out!
Ann M. Martin is the author.

However, there's Diaries 1-3 for Amalia but I've read the 2nd one and that's what I summarized in my earlier post so I hope you're not confused! Just to make things clear, here's the list of Amalia Diaries:

1. Amalia: Love. Not.
2. Amalia, Diary Two: Fate. [this is what I've read]
3. Amalia, Diary Three: Confusion. Pain. Away.

Of course, it would be better to read the first Diary or the other California Diaries (It's a series of short books, actually).

Although I haven't read the 1st diary, I believe it's about Amalia and her first boyfriend - James. It's when they were still together and I guess how they broke up in the end. It's also the beginning of her problems with her friend - Maggie (the anorexic) and (I'm not sure, though) the band must be put up in this first one.

If you have anymore questions, you can always ask again!
