its not a gay club if you're wondering, its a "Gay Straight Alliance" club, and the whole point of it is to provide a place where gays can feel they're more fit in with their world - now don't lecture me on 'they're abnormal/weird/stupid/idiotic/ugly/freaky/creepy in the first place' 'cause i'll tell you 'straight out' that you're "wrong" and is stupid to say such a thing - its like a place where gays can meet and talk to each other about their problems and get acceptance that they don't get from homophobic people that are around them.

its just like some clubs that are only for teens, or some programs that are only for teens - this is almost the same thing other than its for LGBT people.

yep, young straight people dont face the same problems that young gay people do. you only have to read any of the gay threads on CR to see how strongly feelings run on the subject on both sides. its entirely right that they have somewhere that they can relax and discuss any of the problems they are having with regards to their sexuality or coming out.

kids can be damned cruel after all......

i dont believe in any religion but i still think there is no point in being a homo, wat does it do for the community? nothing wat so ever, u decide to adopt, big deal, now u got a kid who will get shit all thru his school life, being a homo does nothing, it should just be illegal to let them marry

Think for a second, it helps in 2 ways

1) Less overpopulation since men cant give birth

2) Less competion for girls :P

So tolerence of them is a win-win situation, they get to be who they are and we get less competion for girls :P

if u think of it that way, ur forgetting about gay women also which in ur vision would be

"1) Less girls to compete for"

Guess so but suppose thats just how things are so things just balence out nicely (besides in my experience I've met quite a few bisexual girls and no full lesbians so I think there still is a bit less competition)

there are so many bi girls out there it isnt even funny lol, now a days, i bet most girls would do a lot of things with another

meh I'd say a fair chunk just say they are since it seems like a trend or something atm.

TBH im not partcularly bothered by the whole homosexual thing anyway they can just get on with their lives and i'll get on with mine

I think he made the right choice of leaving the campus rather than stay and discriminate against homosexual people. I don't know why you guys find this funny, but this guy has the right to voice his opinions. At least he didn't act like a jack ass and tried to fight against the formation of the club, rather he left.
