Grandia. I love that game. Never before has a game truly felt like an adventure before. Yet, this isn't discussed more.....

In multiplayer mode, the classic Bomberman games are excellent party games. It's easy to forget this. Especially ones in which players can still be active even after their character dies.
Agreed. There are some aspects of Seiken Densetsu / FFA that are frustrating (such as checking walls to see which ones can be broken), but it's otherwise a good game. |

Alan Wake. Awesome story and beautifully done.
Republic commandos. They really need a sequel and remake, best star wars game ever and no lightsabers! Mechassault. I loved 1 & 2, would buy remakes in a heartbeat. Advance Wars. A true sequel to the original story or a restart similar to it. The spinoff was good but didn't have the charm the others had. Defence grid, a wonderful strategy game. |

F.E.A.R. 2 - I've seen a lot of people express their disappointment in it after playing the first game. Personally, I enjoyed the sequel as much as its predecessor. I love the direction they took the storyline-- especially with Alma and Beckett. It may not have had as many frightening moments as the first game, but it still has plenty of jumps. The graphics also endured the test of time remarkably well.
Lastly, I have to say the A.I. in this game is underrated. Enemies don't flank as brilliantly as in the first game, but they are still quite intelligent. They will flush you out with grenades if you bottle neck, are terribly aggressive when working together, patiently hide behind cover for long periods of time, and they are excellent shots (turret sequences anyone?). All in all, a great game for me personally. |

Jade empire!!!!!!! I seriously NEVER met anyone who played it. For me, even 3 years later, it's still one of the best games in the world.
+ I found it in a GROCERY STORE, never ever seen it in a gaming store. Sad |

One of the best games on the original Xbox. You're right, though. Not many people played it. Umm, I haven't really met anyone who played Phantom Dust. It's this old Xbox game that's a combination of an action RPG and a card game. |
