"Argue as much as you want and about what you want, but obey." -Kant

The system still has to "look out for the greater good" but in a liberal fused government, as long as you don't disrupt others -- go for it. Think of such a thing as having a medium leash tied to your neck.

for me i think we can only feel true freedom if all countries are in peace..no corruption..no death..no stealing..no killing and most of all no war!! if we still have this..that is not true freedom..even if u feel like this is freedom..it is still not the true freedom

What an idealist. Girly, do you know what would happen to the world if we were all to move forward with our ideals of the perfect, harmonizing world? Mass outbreak of a world war as not every idealistic view is accepted by everyone.

In this life we have freedom i dont think so because we have always to do whateverother people said

we don't have absolute freedom, we give up certain freedoms in exchange for peace and prosperity. this is whats called social contract, where the people give up certain freedoms in exchange for protection, law, and order from a governing body.

i think its better this way, though i'd prefer absolute freedom to absolute totalitarianism

but i repeat myself

We in a way do have the freedom to do whatever we want, we just have to face the consequences of our actions

The amount of Freedom you have is measured by your fear for the law and other people.

The law states that I can't kill another man or rape a woman. Sure, I shouldn't do that, but doesn't mean I can't. Thus, my freedom to do certain behaviors are measured by how much I care about the punishment from "society" or what other people think. There's a reason why a person who is completely "free" is considered a dangerous man.

'id say we do, but in all reality we really down were bound by laws [which some help] but others put a nagitive look on things, like recently the gorvernment was trying to ban for the same gendered couple to have legal right to get mirried, if so wouldnt that take away the right any human has ever gained? beucase their the same sex it deosnt mean a thing their still humans, it would be taking even more freedom from them, when they should be treated the same as anyone else >;o!
but yeeah, were not free at all.
we are forced to go to school, if not then the social school services or w/e tried defficualt tactics to take away the child or to get the child home school.
In school we also have to provide by the laws there including uniforums[if any].

and yeeah i could go on forever, but theres no need to, were not free end of convo xD

If life was simple, maybe there would be freedom

Honestly,in the modern-day society, there is no such thing as true freedom
