I think Neji got screwed over too quickly.
They made his Byakugan seem powerful; however, he lost to Naruto right away, and afterwards he didn't really have much screen time.
Afterwards, Sharingan came into play, as did the Rinnegan which just showed how horrible the Byakugan actually is.
Neji won't end up with anyone.

Neji is on the top ten favorite character lit for Naruto! I just would love it if he involved himself in the show just a little bit more. As for any romancing I don't think He'll end up with anyone as far as the show's going. But for fan-fiction I love to pair him with Sakura! XD Or if I'm bored and want some yaoi time I'll pair him with....Shikamaru! XDDDDDD but that's just me, the shoe doesn't seem like he'll end up with anyone anytime soon. We can only idolize him and wish for the best in the creators! XD
