deep/intellectual in meaning ( world is ending/ Paranoia time/ hell is rising/ governments are evil, death blah), and will scare me silly - terrorizing my imagination
or at least depress me greatly for a while! Pls/thx >.<

Everyone should check out THE MAN POWER. We play comic book rock n roll, and we have started to gain an otaku fanbase through being the self-proclaimed biggest anime fans in our area in a band.

Check out our myspace site for songs, and more info...

http://www.myspace.com/themanpower

If you run an anime con, buy some merch, just say hey, or anything else and would like us to play just send me a message on here or the myspace page. We'd love to hear from you.

I will recommend 65daysofstatic to anyone. It's instrumental post-rock, and the most beautiful and emotional thing you will ever hear.
Alexisonfire is post-hardcore. A bunch of canadian nerds with some serious skills in songwrighting and an awsome screamer.
Flight of the Choncords, hilarious couple from New Zealand.

Can anyone recommend me some spanish music?

You might like some "Avenged Sevenfold" songs (not all though)
some Smashing Pumpkins (maybe from their albums "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness," "Siamese Dream," and "Gish")
Killswitch Engage (metal!!!! yeah!)
Bullet For My Valentine (more metal)
Papa Roach
Deftones

Nice! I liked all your suggestions. I had no idea Smashing Pumpkins was that good. Listened to most of the cd online and so far I think I'll buy it. =]
Thankyou.

Whoa. System of a Down has some more good songs that I didn't know about. I'll have to get some of that.

Megadeth was a pleasant surprise too. I thought it was gonna sound too crazy but it was nice. =]

Lamb of God has some awesome guitar but the singers voice is a little too demonic sounding for me. lol.

I've been listening to Atreyu and they pretty much rock.

Iron Maiden is alright.

lol. It's amazing how much Ax7 and Pantera sound alike.. to me. Yet my gf thinks Ax7 sucks and Pantera rocks. lol.

Lacuna Coil, is that a chick singer? Eh it's pretty good. lol. I usually don't like chick singers but the music is alright.

Trivium was awesome too. Probably one of my favorites out of the ones you suggested.
