since ive named myself anime SD versions Hurts my eyes thats what anime has done to my eyes XD but i still watch it for a whole day or just game a whole day

and since im a compter tech i look at the computer pretty much 24/7

what you want to do is look outside at a place far away and something that is green i.e trees grass etc.. that will help your eyes try taking a 5-15 min break between 1 hr or so

i dunno, sometimes i end up like more than 24 hours. When its already late night, i keep telling my self that "this is the last episode" and after that, "one more episode" and after that, "one more episode" until i finish the whole anime.

easy and now that summer comes i'm gonna watch them non-stop, i'll just supply myself with food

If the show is really interesting then watching it for 3 hours can be easy, especially if it's the kind of show where every episode ends with a cliffhanger. The anticipation is just too much to bare, soooo I start up another episode and keep watching until I get tired.

well it depends on how adicting the series is i watched the whole code geass series in 2 days just cause i wanted to see how it turned out but if the series is boring i very rarely spend more than 3 hours on it

3 hours isn´t that long especially when you are watching a great anime. Also most folks take breaks.

just cuz you watch anime 3+ hrs consistently doesn't mean you don't have a life. it just means you have a lousy and unproductive one...

ps. i have had days when i watched 3+ hrs of anime too!

try to dim the brightness a little... that helps or you can go with the filter thingies (dont know the name) that they put on the screen. also try not to be too close to the tv when watching, that helps a lot
