No, if the manga is anything to go off, but its still a sex scene (partially censored), as are most in mainstream cinema which don't make the films they're in porn films

Then that's not what I was referring to. I meant "shown" sex scenes, where everything is exposed. A lot of animes have people in bed doing stuff, but most of the parts are hidden and not shown. What I meant was no normal animes have sex scenes that are totally uncensored otherwise it is literally hentai.

Ah, well given the thread isn't asking about that level of sex scene specifically, you should probably have stipulated it as a condition under which a show can be called a hentai. So in your opinion if a show has even one uncensored sex scene in it, it's porn? Though it mightn't even take up five minutes of airtime?

I did explain by adding the word "shown" in my first post. I thought you guys were smart enough to know what I meant by it, but I guess I was wrong. And how is it off topic? The thread was referring to sex scenes in animes, but you're right that it never specified what kind of scenes (censored or uncensored etc.), so therefore my fact wasn't off topic since it referred to sex scenes. And I don't think any animes have 1 uncensored scene and then the rest of it are about something else. Show me an anime like that and maybe I'll reconsider.
