Not sure it was cheating to her, it was just how she was... She loved him and wanted to be with him but wanted to jump other guys as well. But I digress... This is the anime forum, not general! This shows that even a manga like Nozoki Ana has a plot and that you can even care about its main character like that. It has more than just A Peephole for a plot.

It really depends on the genre and style of the story. It's fine in a mature show, as long as it's done tastefully. I'm not a fan of male/male or male/female sex scenes, but as long as they aren't explicit (like in a hentai) they certainly can add depth to a romance and realism to the show.
