Look how Hitler had rose to power. You think he did it on his own? No. Chicken ass people followed every fucking word he breathed because they were too cowardly to oppose.

It wasn't because they were too cowardly to oppose, it was because they agreed with what he was saying. The reason Hitler's antisemitism was such a hit was because the Jews had been the scapegoat for every misfortune to fall on the people of Europe since the dawn of the Christian era. Practically since the day Constantine converted to Christianity, people had been blaming all of their problems on the Jews, and in Germany in the 1930s, there was no shortage of problems.

Both leader and followers are equally responsible as if a murderer and an accomplice would be.

The leader is at fault.

This is like asking if the government of a country is corrupt then are the people of the country to blame... they're not because they're not the ones with the power.

If you're smart enough to realise your leader is a moron, then it doesn't count. But if you can't tell of their decisions, then that's worse. :V

The leader; because he is a leader it is his mission to make sure that they people he's leading doesn't fall. The leader knows that when he becomes the leader, which is why not everyone can be a leader.

That is true, he did have some original followers. But, as the records state, other people followed as well only because of the original followers, and others followed because they didn't want to oppose. People naturally, upon instinct, flock to the heard of sheep.

it's nobody's fault, it will always be someone's else's fault. The grunts will blame their NCO, NCO will blame their CO, the CO will blame their superior, the superior will blame the Leader, and the leader will blame the grunts for misunderstanding his order, or blame some other person.
