You talking about the original or REmake? Cause if you're talking about the original, then you haven't seen bad voice acting (and bad acting in general) until you see the live action sequences in it.

I nearly died laughing when I saw the Topic Creators video example.
I would go with original Resident Evil for one of the worst acting.
