Either you help people because you want to or you don't help them if you don't want to.
Sometimes you feel responsible to help them, like old people or pregnant women, women with babies...
Things like that.
A kind thing to do is to stand up for someone else on the train. Help someone with their heavy shopping bags... even smile!
