Oh really? Let’s see then..... a general format for this is needed.... try and rate based on story, animation quality, and impression after finishing it (is it worth a re-watch)
Here’s one: Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: Story wise I think I'd give it a 8/10, not so much so for any inconsistencies, but more so because it left many potential characters as just back drop without properly developing them. That coupled with the ending(s) really leaves you wanting more of something that does not exist. Animation: 7/10, although the animation fit well with the pacing of the story and overall themes of it, I felt at times it was too lacking and the quality of detail rather changed inconsistently from episode to episode, as well as an over use of repeating background (though this could have been a parody that I did not catch). Impression: 9/10 Defiantly worth a re-watch if you like laughing your ass of, and I have to mention that I always catch something new each time or get a joke that I did not get before. Overall score: 8/10 edit time.... Pumpkin Scissors ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: I found the story interesting... military theme, but with a twist where it deals with the after math of war instead of the gung-ho DIE DIE DIE!!! that you normally see in war animes.... but the ending leaves you expecting a still nonexistant second season.... 7.9/10 Animation: lots of good animation occasional bad quality here and there that only those who already know where it is and what to look for would even care about.... 8.3/10 Impression: yeah.... this is one of those that you find dull at first until you get to a certain point and actually have an appreciation fro group dynamics..... I'd rewatch it if I had the time.... 8.7/10 Overall score: 8.1/10 Captain Harlock ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: hes a space pirate following his own rules and not giving a damn what the government thinks since they are all a bunch of idiots and failures, hes fighting for no one's cause; only for something deep inside his heart which motivates him to try and save the earth from invasion by any means possible. 9/10 Animation: its was made in 1978 so you cannot compare it to more recent anime, but despite that it looks like it was made after the 70s due to the unexpected fluidness of it. N/A Impression: every episode so far feels like 2 episodes, they do not water them down which is something you don't see too often these days. 10/10 Overall score: 9.7/10 |

finally a format to follow
Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: Deserving of 9/10. The main storyline is very interesting. First episode would get your attention then the twists of the plot would keep you watching. The dramatic scenes were very heartwarming and not too commonly seen in most romance anime. The Events that happen in the series is somewhat relative to real life allowing viewers to get more in to the story. And good sequencing of events. Animation: 8/10. not too detailed though it gives the sad or depressing vibe. Impression: 9/10. You are able to relate to the character's story. Very dramatic, It had a soap opera aura. There is no antagonist! What you will see are Characters and how they handle their hardships in life. The theme was very deep that some scenes need to be re-watched in order to get get the deeper meaning. Overall score:8.6 Sola ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10. Plot is most interesting. A story about how there is never the same two skies. Discovering the background of every character. Story and Character development phased so good that you would not be bored for the whole series. Every character made a contribution to the main storyline. And the conclusive ending wont disappoint viewers. Animation: 9/10. Character design was original. very detailed animation. Scenes of the different types of skies would show how detailed this anime is. Impression: 9/10. Sola provides events of drama and comedy. A satisfying ending. detailed animation. Overall its good. Overall score:9/10 Da Capo and Da Capo Second Season ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 6/10. typical story. although plot was different the story kept on going to different directions not connected to story development. Da Capo had a slow beginning and halfway through the story it was still boring. The whole Series was too lengthy. It would cause mental weariness watching the entire series. A Da Capo episode is added with "Side Episodes" that takes 5-7minutes of your time. "Side Episodes" really had nothing to do with the main story of Da Capo, You can probably skip these parts. Da Capo was boring that it took 20 episodes before it gets to the main plot and things starts to get interesting. Animation: 5/10. Character designs were very poor. settings were repetitive. story development was really slow. And characters background story were not fully developed. some scenes were inconsistent with what had developed through previous episodes, literally characters that should be there went missing. Impression: 6/10. Although in whole it is still good. Da Capo was lacking too much. Needs more development. Re-watching the anime would give the same results. Overall score: 5.6 Shaman King ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10. Although The target of this anime are young viewers, it is still for everyone. Plot goes with the main character's goal to become the "shaman king". Comedy involves philosophical scenes, and dramatic scenes flows with the main story respectively. Characters introduced in the series were most fully developed. Character backgrounds were explained perfectly. Story development although not fast paced would not bore people as comical scenes entice viewers to continue watching. Animation: 9/10. simple yet the right amount of details. originality on the designs of souls. Character design goes well with the setting that gives a comical aura. Every character was interesting with their goods and flaws. Impression: 9/10. Although for kids its still one of the better animes out there. re watching wont be a disappointment because of the comedy scenes. Overall funny scenes dramatic concepts and good plot. Overall score: 9/10 School Days ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10. Although the conclusion is one of the biggest factors that would determine if the anime was good or bad, the plot is what would make you watch and continue to watch it. The story flows with the "cellphone charm"(If you keep a photo of someone you like on your cellphone and nobody finds out, your love will be realized) as part of the main plot. It was not emphasized through the anime but the main character failed to keep secret a photo of his loved one thus the charm failed. The title school days depicts how one would overcome trials faced as a student, yes the events happening on the anime are also trials that one would most likely face on real life. School days shows to viewers how love is experienced and how sensitive someone is. It would also show how fragile someone's heart is, and how one would react to rejection and betrayal. The anime had a strong sense of real life moments, most would probably say "that will never happen!", that is not entirely true. One does not have enough experience in life to predict something to happen or something to not happen. The animes fast paced events were perfect. It did not create a boring ambiance for viewers. The different style of story development was a successful attempt to make viewers more hooked to the anime. Character development was very interesting, the unpredictable twists of the story and shocking events makes viewers more nterested School Days In-Depth story is so meaningful you need good understanding and right judgment. Animation: 9/10. Details were kept during the adaptation from the visual novel. Perfect blend of light and dark colors gives the proper mood for watching this anime. Settings was not too detailed it would not take much of your attention. The anime would keep your focus on the characters, this is important since the anime is mostly about the characters development. Variation of scenes was pleasing and amusing. Some scenes needs parental guidance though Impression: 9/10. Although some scenes are not for young minds, there is no target audience. The anime is relative to real life. One of the most satisfying conclusion, attempt to make protagonist the antagonist a great success. dramatic and romantic scenes were perfect. Re-watching would not give the same results as there are scenes that had a deeper meaning than when you have first seen it. Overall School days, after seeing it, I could say is one of the best animes out there. Do not be fooled by the ending! Never have I seen a strong reaction from fanbase as much as what school days had. Only proves how School days made a strong impression on the minds of viewers. Overall score: 9/10 |

Elfen Lied -
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** The first 7 minutes I was like O_O and :O. I pressed the right corner big "X" and I had to rethink it over if I'd really want to keep watching it or not, because it was so horrifying and it was my first time seeing this kind of thing. The gore and nudity. True, the first episode is totally disturbing and will make you freak out in the beginning. I believe I was quiet pale when I watched the first episode. Though after that it gets better, and the bloodshed and nudity take a back seat to the real beauty of this show. Mainly its story line, and amazing art work. I decided to give it another try. I'm glad I did, because for the rest of the series, I was mesmerized by the plot and how each character's relationship worked. Kouta and Lucy's mysterious past intrigued me greatly, seeming rather simple at first, turns into something deep, with many smaller themes such as hurt, love, forgiveness, human nature, evil, and so on. With much tear jerking moments, and moments you will question your own nature. I was surprised, and Elfen Lied became one of my top favorite Animes. The genres are mixed uniquely and the storyline was extremely touching for me. 10/10 |

Slam Dunk
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10 Slam Dunk is about a delinquent named Sakuragi who was constantly rejected by girls in middle school. Once Sakuragi enters high school, He falls in love with a girl that convinces him to join the basketball team. He has never played before but he is freakishly tall and a natural athlete. The lack of playing experience and his personality leads to a lot of funny moments, which keeps you entertained throughout the series. Animation: 8/10 The animation is great for its time as you are able to keep up with the pace of the anime. The downside of this is the anime was subbed on Chinese raws. (Saizen is re releasing the series with DVD raws, they are rather slow though). Impression: 10/10 The first episode had me hooked from the beginning and I've watched this series three times. There is a lot of different personalities in this series, so almost anyone can relate to one of them Overall Score: 9.0 |

good alright bad
Akira ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:8/10 This anime has a storyline that's incredibly epic. It's about a boy who's always been on the short end of the stick, who gains powers, gets corrupted, and loses control. The anime gives messages on goverment corruption, testing, as well as street life just through the action and events. Lots of cyberpunk themes. The one drawback is a few plot holes and little explanation of Akira himself, but those aren't large enough to cripple the actual story. Characters:8/10 The characters are really interesting despite being overused. Tetsuo starts out as your typical shounen character and then morphs into the conflicted anti-hero. Probably one of the more interesting character conversions ever. Kanaeda also starts out the same way though he grows and matures as opposed to Tetsuo. The characters of Kei and Kaori seem a little more shallow as you never get Kei's motivation behind her actions, and Kaori is and stays the biggest victemn on the anime. Art/Animation:1010 The animation and visuals are definantly the biggest strengths of the movie. Though it was made in the 80s Akira doesn't have the dated coloring techniques or shortcuts other anime of the time struggled with. Animation is top notch and at 24 frames per second, the fast scenes such as the motorcycle battles are especially exciting. The whole effect is very fluid and realistic. Akira also delights in grotesque and macabre imagery. From the bloated body of Tetsuo to the creation of a giant teddy bear, the gross weird elements of Akira are both wonderfully enticing and freaky at the same time. In whole the animation of Akira is probably the best work from the 80s. If you didn't know the release date beforehand you would never guess it's true age. Still unconvinced? Watch these fan-made trailers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qT_SLtKoeVYhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JVkKtq0dKw Music:10/010Really dramatic and complex percussions enhance action and suspense scenes as well as give the whole movie a unique sound. Overall Impression: 10/10 They don't call this anime the grandaddy of anime for nothing. It has had such a far reaching effect on anime and pop culture in general that you've probably seen evidence of it. So many different shows and personalities have taken elements of Akira you're bound to have seen some form of it. Latest example of this is Kanye West for his music video "Stronger." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZd1Js0QaOI It will even have it's own Hollywood movie soon. Honestly, I hope it turns out good as there's little excuse why it shouldn't. The story seems easily adaptable for a live action movie and doesn't rely heavily on japanese culture. But then again we're talking Hollywood. Well I can only wait. Monster ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:10/10 Most intriguing plot I've ever seen in any show, not just anime. It's about a doctor and how he has to take a life he once saved and his whole battle with that, but even then it's so much more. It has so many themes like fear, anger, revenge, and touches deep into psychology, criminal psychology, child abuse and abandonment, manipulation, cold war and post soviet politics, bullying, neo-nazism, xenophobia, and prostitution. It goes at a slow pace, which for a 74 episode anime could mean death. However in this case it fully allows one to see all the rich details and connections. The ending is also well done and wraps up all the major threads, yet leaves a few loose to let one decide it for themselves. Characters:10/10 One thing I hate about a lot of anime is how unrealistic characters feelings and actions are depending on the given situation and their personality. Monster trancends that obstacle very well. Tenma is a good yet flawed protagonist and Johan is a chilling villian that evokes fear. Perhaps the best antagonist though, is Roberto. To a certain extent I actually liked Johan though I also wanted Tenma to catch him. Roberto however was created to be hated, yet even he has a reason as to why he's such a disgusting character. Animation/Art:9/10 It can take a while to get used to it because of how realistic and "un-cutsy" the characters are. The noses at times in the earlier episodes look a bit off. However I feel the reserved color palate and realism, help the mood of the anime and makes the characters that more real and makes the audience sympathize with them even more. The Animation is very good, pretty fluid and few visible mistakes. Music: 10/10 The music is very dramatic and creates a great sense of mood. During the suspense scenes the atmosphere can be almost suffocating. The opening itself (Grain) shows the fear and paranoia present throughout the series, and as you watch more you'll see the signifigence of certain images in the opening. The music for the endings are more reserved and show images from the storybook that plays a huge role in shaping Johan and Anna. (only the last episode has different images, which I wont tell you). The first ending sounds like the same artist for the opening of Gankutsuou and is quite relaxing. (I can't remember the song name) The second ending music (make it home) sounds really weird at first but as I listened to it more I came to like it and it sounded more sad and winsome. link to the opening http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DXrI40nSUs&feature=related Impression:10/10 First anime that I've ever seen that was perfect. Eevrything came together at all the right times. I have never been as attached as I got to many of the character like Dieter, Grimmer, Inspector Lunge, Anna/Nina, and Tenma. Whenever I hear the words "welcome back" now, I think of an incredibly chilling part in the series. I'm now definatly going to find and read the manga and see the american live action movies based on it that come out in 2009 (it's that good, though from what I hear the movies will change the setting form eastern Europe to America and that will probably require dropping key elements from the story, pity isn't it) This is a must watch for everyone. here's a video from part of it that is a huge part in the anime, however you'll only really get it once you've watched Monster so it's not a spoiler. Just don't read the video comments http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nk8Il0gKhig&feature=related Ergo Proxy ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 8/10 For the most part the story is great. It has tension, it's thought provoking and it's unexpected. A strong point is all the subtle references to art, philosophy, and mythology. (even the name comes from the quote from descartes "cogito ergo sum" or "I think so I am") It is a psychological anime so there will be mindfucks. However near the middle to the end the writers seem to try to throw in unrelated weird references and dialogue which can throw people off and the ending is like an afterthought cliffhanger for a nonexistent sequel. Despite this it has a in interesting and engrossing plot for an anime with small sporadic bits of action. Characters: 8/10 In a nut shell Re-l is badass , smart, cold, and calculating. (which is actually quite rare for a female lead/protagonist). She's also quite beautiful and rumor has it her character was modeled after Evanescence lead singer Amy Lee. Vincent is a bit of a pussy and can get incredibly annoying at times. Pino is just cute. She's a little robot who gains human emotions and starts to develop emotionally and mentally like a young child. She also provides needed comic relief when the atmosphere is too heavy. Some proxies are appropriatly scary and manipulating while others are cleverly disguised. Daedalus is deceptive and at the same time charming as the lonely effeminate genius scientist. Raul can be an asshole which is good for his antagonistic role, though he softens heartbreakingly later. You either love and feel sorry for Quinn (Queen?) or you hate her for her manipulative actions during the resistence part. Overall the characters fit in with their roles in the plot. Animation: 9/10 Quite beautiful. It's especially fast and fluid at the action scenes which make them all the more exciting. A little way in the middle it fluctuates, but over all it is quite good. Impression: 10/10 This is definatly my favorite anime. I fell in love with the characters, I was at the edge of my seat for the entire time, and I was trying to pinpoint all the connections. Apart from the end it was a wonderful intriguing anime and definatly worth seeing. Overall score: 9/10 EDIT: Despite what the fansubs say her name is NOT Lil or Rill it's Re-l or Real (I still haven't figured out which for sure though I'm leaning toward Re-l) Puni Puni Poemy ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:2/10 How does one describe an anime that fits a whole story into 2 episodes? The storyline is meant to be cliched with hentai jokes, anime jokes, and fanservice everywhere. But it's just awful. It's Meet the Spartans awful and Mean Girls awful, only even more tasteless. I mean how is an anime that sticks a fish between a guys legs with an annoying idiotic girl sucking on it good? (btw it is not a hentai either, though you could probably jack off to it none the less) Characters:1/10 As overdone and predictable as an Adam Sandler movie. They even awknowledge their stereotypes. Poemy is especially annoying in the english dub with her grating high pitched voice Animation: 5/10 I guess it's good but what the characters are doing distracts heavily from it. See fish comment above. The characters themselves are also overdone moe and are just too garish and flashy to make you want to watch. Overall Impression: 1/10 Just don't watch it. Five minutes into it I was questioning why I was watching it. Thank god it's only two episodes. Unless you're into over blown stuff like that than stay away. The trailer for it is funnier than the anime. Overall Score:2.6 EDIT: It might find good use as a sadistic torture device Serial Experiments Lain ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10The story is mind-blowing. I guess the only way to describe it accuratly is one giant mindfuck (note that this works to it's advantage) The whole concept of being a god in the internet and splitting emotions while traveling through different layers was really cool. As was the fact that this was semi-unconscious. Every episode is an unrelated vignette that somehow ties together in the end with one big revelation about the whole anime itself. The only thing that seemed weird to me was the alien bit Characters:10/10 Lain herself is an amazing character, she has lived her whole life as a lie. She's not a human as much as a god created from a program. As she trancends into different dimensions her persoanlity is fractured and eventually becomes 3 seperate identities part of the same consciousness. One of the most deep chracters in any anime, period. Animation: 8/10 Very good for being late 90s. The materializing of "God" in front of her and her friend Arisu was very well done and horrifiying. Despite all this it seems to have a somewhat dated feel. Overall Impression: 10/10 Besides Monster it is the best anime I have ever had the pleasure of watching. I think every true anime fan should watch it at least once as it is an underated masterpiece. Overall Score: 9/10 Azumanga Daioh ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:8/10 Pretty much a bit of what you want and expect from a slice of life anime, and then some added insanity and hilarity. It's very random and doesn't have a plot. Lucky Star also is like this, however where Lucky Star fails, Azumanga succeeds at keeping interest with it's quirky plot and characters. Characters:10/10 If the characters were not as defined in this anime as they are, then it would be an average or bad anime. Each one has their noticible quirks and aspects about them which makes them unique, and the interactions between them are quite human. I could see bits of myself and people I knew at school in the characters. Very good job in character development as well. Animation: 8/10 The animation consists of a lot of still frames so the animators could put more effort where it counts. Never the less there are few noticable problems in the animation and it seems to flow nicely together. Impression:10/10 As most of you know, I'm mostly in to darker stuff. However Auzmanga Daioh was a breath of fresh air and is an easy anime to watch and enjoy. I enjoyed it so much I've even bought some of the manga. (Osaka is not as dumb in there) It's incredibly fun and enjoyable and I would definatly reccomend it to anyone. Tekken (movie) ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 1/10 This movie is the prime example of the phrase epic fail. It has a fast paced plot with no suspense, no character development, and plenty of overplayed cliches that form the sketchy story. No amount of seizure inducing strobe lighting, family infighting, tits, fuzzy eyebrows, 3 foot tall hair, killer robots, robots with feelings, boxing kangaroo's, dinosaurs, evil adopted brothers, self destruct buttons, random volcanic eruptions, out of character appeals to love and absolving ones hate, hazy angst ridden pasts, and baby rabbits could save this lifeless plot. Here's what happens. Man throws son of cliff. Son climbs back up cliff and sells his soul to the devil. Girl who witnessed this is upset and gains the ability to read peoples hatred. Heartless father owns rich company and creates weapons. Also hosts tournaments on his island to kill people. Girl grows up becomes part of police unit and gets invited to island to and is undercover investigating. Is joined by a perv from China. Robot with little girl get on boat. Devil boy gets targeted by his adopted brother who uses his lovers who happen to be sisters to try and kill him. They fail and one eventualy gets eaten by a dinosaur. Tournament begins, native american girl sets out on a quest to kill the father dude, gets stopped by son and I really don't feel like finishing this overview......it's that bad. Characters: 4/10 Thin personalities, forgetting what they're supposed to be doing. Having insanity moments. Yeah the characters suck. The only one who I kind of liked was Anna Williams because of teh image of her in a red runway dress with a rocket launcher on her shoulder. But she gets eaten by Dinosaurs....English voice acting sucks Animation/Art 6/10. The artwork in the backrounds as well as the character drawing is nice. The animation is pretty fluid. For a cheap plot you get some nice animation. However there is very limited facial expression. No convincingly sad faces (with the exception of the native american girl). The faces almost look like they have had botox injected into them. Impression: 2/10 This movie is a perfect description of most of the stereotypes espoused by anime haters. Big tits, lots of fighting, no real plot, tons of unattended or poorly tied sub story threads, odd diologue and no facial expression. Puni Puni Poemy was better than this. I know it was based off the game, but that's no excuse for such a crappy movie. Don't watch it.....EVER. |

Hunter X Hunter
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: 9/10 This anime takes place in a world reflecting much of our own. Yorkshin CIty, is a replica of New York city and is one of the main settings for this show. Although I hate to say this, the show that is most similar to this is Naruto. Instead of chakra, the "special abilities" are created from Nen. THere are 6 different types of Nen much like how there are different elements of chakra. Also, similar to the Akatsuki, there is a gang that acts as the main antagonist. In place of the Anbu, there are the mafias. However, do NOT judge this show from the relation it has to Naruto. HxH has a highly detailed plot and does not have repetition like Naruto. Since the creators of the show "gave up" on the anime version, I recommend fans to read the manga version once they reach the end of the anime. Characters: 9/10 For once, the main character is not "God" when he/she get's mad. The enemies that Gon, the main character, faces are tough and arrange from fellow hunters, to mutated insects, to humanoid animals. Each character has their own past, whether it be a good memory, or painful, and develops accordingly throughout the series. Animation: 6/10 The anime is not in the best quality like the newer ones we see these days. Depending on what source you use to watch this, the quality could range from horrible to decent at most. Also, the characters were drawn very young, so the show may seem to be a kid's show. However, do not judge the show by it's artwork. Music: 6/10 The op is not the best and gives a person a cheerful mood. I guess it contrasts to Gon's care-free nature, but it gives the show a "half-assed, pussy" feeling to it, even though there are many actions scenes throughout. Impression: 8/10 My first impression was not very good. The show starts off pretty slow but starts to speed up, and becomes highly addictive after about 4 eps. Overall Score: 8.5/10 I did not find the anime version to be a very good idea. It seemed that the creators just wanted to make some extra money so they half assed a transform of the original manga to an anime. True fans will continue on with the manga version. |

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:Its about this weak guy named Kenichi whose nickname is "weak legs". So he tries to get stronger to rid himself of that name. Then Kenichi went to this wierd dojo and start his hell like training under several masters. Story itself is quite common. But how they carry it out is impressive. fight scenes are nicely done. Quite realistic for the most part. Kenichi does not get super strong over night cus he is super talented or anything like that, he slowly improves through hard work. There is a decent amount of humour. Mininmal stalling, there were a few filler episodes, but those weren't too bad and they were not frequent. 10/10 Character: Like i said earlier, Kenichi is physically weak and he is a coward most of the time. But its quite interesting to see his growth as both a martial artist and a person. Other chracters such as his masters, friends, and enimies are all nicely developed. Most of them has a background story which i find quite interesting most of the time. 9/10 Animation: Animation wise is satisfactory. The series is made in 2006, but to me it looks considerably older. 7/10. Music: Music is nicely done. As i am watching it, i feel that the right music is used at the right time for the right scene. 8/10. Impression: Like i said earlier, the animation looks old, chracter designs are average. It did not really catch my eye. But once I started watching it, i realize it is much better than i expected. The first episode was enough to make me want to watch the 2nd. Then it just gets better. ( i can't really give a rating for this) Overall Score: 9/10. Deffinitely reccomend it to any1 that has not already seen this. The animation could be better. But it has what matters most in an anime. It has great characters who are well developed, backed up with a solid plot. over all good stuff |

Nodame Cantabile
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story:At a top music academy in Japan, Shinichi Chiaki's arrogance is matched only by his top-notch piano playing. But when Chiaki and the teacher get into a fight, he's demoted to the reject class. Chiaki is left to pursue his dream of being a composer while surrounded by a bunch of loser musicians and one annoying girl, Noda, who has proclaimed herself Chiaki's girlfriend. It doesn't help that Noda, who insists on being called Nodame, lives right next door to him. The story is quite a fast pace and full of humor. Do not judge from the theme. 10/10 Character: As far as I could say, this is the first Tsundere Male character than I have ever seen. Also, Nodame is really special as a girl... The character development is rather amusing and very enjoyable. 10/10 Animation: Animation rather unique, it could be better 9/10. Music: The sounds are great, as is to be expected in an anime about classical music. The full orchestra pieces sound fantastic, and it is not uncommon for me to have Nodame Cantabile running in the background of my computer just for the music, especially in the last few episodes. The character voices are also well picked and never get annoying. 10/10. Overall Score: 10/10 This anime is a masterpiece and I recommend it to everyone by giving it a chance. Not to mention, Season 2 will be directed by the director of Higurashi. |

Toward The Terra ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** StoryCenturies ago, humanity carelessly ravaged the Earth’s environment, forcing them to leave and form a colony elsewhere. To prevent the same mistakes from happening again, they allow a supercomputer to run their lives. Children are genetically engineered and at the age of fourteen take ‘adulthood exams’, a process whereby the supercomputer ensures they are suitable for membership in this perfect society. Jomy is a boy about to take his adulthood exams, but things go terribly wrong when a man wreathed in light interrupts the process. He is a Mu -- an aberration, a new generation of human with extraordinary powers usually detected and eliminated by the supercomputer. This man tells Jomy he too is a Mu and introduces him to the Mu society. They are a rebel group in hiding from the oppressive human regime, who live in the hope that they will find a life of peace on Earth some day. The anime starts out a little slow with an annoying main character, but by episode eight or nine it really starts to get interesting. 9/10 Characters The characters are beautifully portrayed.Jomy who starts out as a guy you want to punch turns into an admirable person and a great leader.Another star of the show is the antagonist Keith Anyan. The story takes it's kick when he appears. You see his point of view in a lot of situations. Another thing with Terra is, that you can't dislike a character. You start hating one, but then you cry when he dies. 10/10 Animation It's kinda not the exact style of the mangaka but it does it's job 7/10 Music Nice soundtrack...... Overall: Never has an anime made me cry so much like this one.I'd recommend it for everyone....10/10 ......now excuse me while I go get some tissues. |

Rizelmine ** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Story: its basically a loli story where insted of the main male cast being a pedo the loli comes to him and he is orderd to sleep with her on governmnt orders... needless to say a big bood junkie is not amused. 6/10 Animation: very little poor quality stuff, very fluid and smoth and uses humorus RL things occasional while warning you not to have you're eyes too clse to the screen while tring to fap to it you pervs. 8/10 Impression: very likable and a bit out there, there was noting to obscure until season 2 when it went hard core ecchi, but the ecchiness is second to the insane antics everyone is pulling all for the sake of getting laid. 9/10 Overall score: 7/10, but it was better than that so an 8/10 |
