Visit the malls!!! The malls are the absolute best here. Although the prices here are higher and the fashion is late compared to the other countries, the malls are absolutely big and yeah amazing :))

Cebu my hometown is a nice island, although it shares the same qualities as other cities in this country. I could say nothing more... Anyways, festives may be a bit of burden to tourists (esp. Sinulog).
