NANA

MANGA - shojo

PLOT -
Nana Osaki is a punk singer who wants to debut with her band as soon as possible to leave her ex-boyfriend, Ren Honjo, behind. Nana was the lead vocalist in their old band with Ren, and they lived together as lovers. When Ren is offered a chance to debut in Tokyo as a replacement member of the popular band Trapnest (T-Nest for short), Nana chooses to cultivate her own band, Black Stones (BlaSt for short) instead.

Nana Komatsu, the other Nana, is called Hachi (after Hachikō) as she has weak mental characteristics that resemble a puppy. With a habit of falling in love at first sight, Hachi has always depended on other people to help her. When her friends and then boyfriend leave for Tokyo, she decides to join them a year later after having saved enough money.

Nana and Hachi meet in a train by chance, both on their way to Tokyo. After a string of coincidences, they come to live together in an apartment numbered 707. Despite having contrasting characters and ideals, the Nanas like and respect each other.

While the Black Stones begin to gain popularity at live gigs, other issues need resolving, especially in the areas of romance. The story of Nana revolves heavily on the romance and relationships of the two characters as one seeks fame and recognition while the other seeks love and happiness.

My favorite story is from an anime called "GREAT TEACHER ONIZUKA" i dont know how many of u know of this anime but in short its quirky but awsome!

GTO is a shōnen manga, anime, and live-action series created by Tohru Fujisawa. Its about a former gangster renowned for his fearlessness and unpredictable behavior. His name is Eikichi Onizuka 22 years old. Now that his rebellious days are in the past he is ready to settle down and take on a future as a teacher in a high school. The adventure goes on as Onizuka shows a class of troublesome students who hold a grudge against teachers, that not all teachers are so bad. He is stupid but for some twist of luck he manages to help the students with their personal problems. Although its never explained whether he was just fluking it or maybe he really is a wise and deep person, one thing is for sure, he is strange and perverted in the way he goes about it. He is not a smart person and really doesn't have any ambition for attention LOL which is what i love about him. He has an ugly face and not much personality. Despite all this, he is an inspiration to his students and for all those around him who witness his ability to change things for the greater good. GTO is a kick ass anime....he kinda reminds me of me..coz im a but head who has an attention span of a puppy...but i am also a good guy, Also i want to be a teacher and will be studying for it next year lol (no i didnt decide it just coz i saw this anime lol). Its inspirational and i think all teachers should be like him....Above all else....after every plot is resolved you get a nice warm feeling that everything is good LOL...that life isn't so bad haha! its a feel good anime and i suggest if u havent seen it....you should :)! its quite old so the animation isnt tops but it will make u laugh and feel good!

This is my favourite anime and story......hope u guys understood all that lolool!

Title: Kuroshitsuji or Black Butler

Genre: Shonen

Plot: In a manor house on the outskirts of Victorian era London, butler Sebastian Michaelis serves Ciel Phantomhive, the twelve-year-old head of an English noble family and a toy company. Sebastian carries out any task required by his master and solves the problems plaguing England with ease and perfections because of his demonic lineage and Faustian contract with his master.

Sebastian Michaelis (セバスチャン・ミカエリス, Sebasuchan Mikaerisu?) is the butler of the Phantomhive household and Ciel's bodyguard, two jobs he is completely devoted to (though he does put Ciel in dangerous situations to see what he would do and slips in insults from time to time). He often describes himself with the phrase "Watashi wa akuma de shitsuji desu kara.", a play on the word "akuma" (devil) so that it translates to either "I am just a butler" and "I am a demon and a butler", but is alternately translated as "I am one hell of a butler". He is highly skilled in any area and handles every task, no matter how impossible it is, as well as any problem that arises from the errors of the other staff with ease, stating it is only natural as the butler to the Phantomhive family. This is due to the fact he is a demon bound by a "contract" to abide by Ciel's will. A sign similar to the one marking Ciel's right eye can be found on his left hand, which has been used on one occasion to twist the arm of a kidnapper without touching him. The name Sebastian is in fact a temporary name given to him by Ciel. He is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa on the first drama CD and Daisuke Ono in the anime adaption and on the second drama CD. [7][8][9] His name is similar to that of Father Sebastien Michaelis, who compiled a hierarchy of demons in Hell.

Ciel Phantomhive (シエル・ファントムハイヴ, Shieru Fantomuhaivu?) is the business-savvy, twelve-year-old head of the English Phantomhive noble family, taking over after the deaths of his parents. He also runs a company that manufactures toys and sweets. His right eye, which is usually covered with a black eyepatch, bears a pentacle sign of contract which binds the demon Sebastian Michaelis to his will. He also has a symbol burned into his back during the time he was traded around as a slave before Sebastien saved him, which is something he does not like for others to see. It is suggested that he ultimately looks at Sebastian as a pawn, as in a chess game. He is close to his cousin and fiancée Elizabeth, seeing her as an important friend and someone he needs to protect. Although he is usually portrayed as emotionless, it is revealed that he does not want to lose anything important to him again. He is voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro on the first drama CD and Maaya Sakamoto in the anime adaption and on the second drama CD.
