Lol if choosing only from the available characters of the show, I'd definitely choose vampire. So far, they haven't shown a single youkai that can stand toe-to-toe with reverse Moka or uncrossed Tsukune (ghoul) without cheating. But this show exaggerates the power of vampires, so outside of it, I wouldn't really know what to choose =P
