idk i say Orehime cuz they probably known eachother since they were kids and been going to school together and it kinda looks like Ichigo has some feelings for her :I plus Orehime likes Ichigo so.. yea idk it looks like its going twards that direction

Ichigo x Rukia, definitely. He's grown used to her, and is probably the most important person to him now.
Even though there was a sign of Ichigo x Orihime in the series, I'm not betting on it. She's not one of my favourite characters. I don't hate her, but I also don't like her.
