To gain back mana (magic points, basically), you have to buy mana pots. Go to Shinji's Item Store, which is just the store, click Other, and you will see a ton of cyan color bottles. Those are mana bottles. The red ones are HP bottles, and the purplish ones are HP + mana, which is the better deal. But I don't think you even need HP (because there's that heal button on the front page), so you can just get the cyan color bottles. The red HP bottles are for when you're battling and you're low in HP, then you can use the HP bottles to restore HP. Well, sorry for making this longer than it should be. Basically, it's the first sentence.
